Scott Roy The technician that helped me out was very professional, although he had bad news for me about my vehicle (truck) the frame had severe damage that could not be repaired and was too dangerous for him to even lift the truck for safety reasons. The man felt a little bit sorry for me I would like to think and didnt charge me for inspecting the condition of the vehicle. Thank you all for doing that because it helped mentally more than you could imagine.

Jeremy King I have given them too many chances, due to price, but the service makes it worth paying more for the better service. You would think how bad could the service be for balancing and rotations. I have never had a road hazard claim with Farm and Fleet, so i cannot speak to that. Having my vehicles for the entire day to call after it should have been finished hours ago, has happened several times. Everything went down hill when some new guy sold me BF Goodrich tires buy 3 get one free. After I paid and they were delivered they tried to refund my money, refused to service my vehicles, called to tell me wrong information, and seems like every-time they balance and rotate my tires I have to take them back within days to have them rebalanced. This was with 5 different vehicles. I am switching them over to a different place for better service and similar prices. Do not recommend.

Nick M. Lets set the scene... We are from out of town and we started to hear this rattle from underneath. We went to Google to see who was open at 1pm on Saturday and prayed someone would have some availability. Thankfully we called Speedy 1 and this nice older lady said to come over and she would see what she could do. We pulled up and the gentleman mechanic was eating lunch, so she hopped in the vehicle and drove it around. She pulled it in and got it on the lift. She said the heat shield was making the noise and it was an easy fix. Boom... 30 secs later and everything was perfect. I told her I didnt have cash, only a card... and when we got to the register she said to tell her how much the job was worth. I asked if $25 was ok, and she entered $20. This is an older shop and it is amazing! Very fair, and excellent work! Thank you for saving the day!

Crys Brockway I came in today because on my trip up from Florida my brakes started making noises. This was the only place open on a Saturday afternoon that didnt quote me a minimum of $400 for front pads and rotors. The lady at the front desk was super sweet, the mechanic was fast and efficient and they were kind knowing my situation and that I was an out of towner. She even offered a work around so it would cost a little less!! Great service on both the customer service end and the mechanical end. I would definitely recommend this mom and pop shop!!

Amie Toews I called many repair shops in the area asking about getting my sunroof repaired. Most places wouldn’t touch it. The GMC dealership was going to charge me over $700 just to diagnose and pull down the headliner before we even knew what the problem was. Not only did they get my sunroof closed, Todd was communicative with me the entire time, telling me exactly what my options were and how much it would cost. They were able to do the repair for me for around $250. It was a huge relief to have the problem fixed and to not spend a ton of money. I’ll definitely take my vehicles there in the future!

Dale Nihiser Jeff did a fantastic job replacing the window regulator on my 06 Subaru Forester. Hes a very honest person. My failed window regulator was only 3 years old. It had been purchased and installed by Badoreks. Im sure Jeff could have charged me for the new regulator, but he said the old one was still under warranty, so I was only responsible for his labor. I couldnt say if the old regulator was actually under a warranty or maybe Jeff was just giving me a break. Either way, you now know why Badoreks is my go-to repair shop.

Ginmars1 Please go somewhere else people! This place hasnt changed since Rainbow Automotive, terrible business ethics, read the reviews...what owner remarks about customers and consistently makes excuses time after time. Who doesnt know that it is unacceptable to rev an idled engine, especially with a broken timing chain/belt. This place is notorious for creating problems! Id tell you more but Ill leave it there..most reviews are friends

A great place for domestic cars (whatever that means today (my new Chrysler has entire car assembled in Canada, with engine made in Mexico, tires from Japan and power split device (transmission) made in the USA)). billy Irvin The location on Martin Luther King Drive is awsome! The staff there couldnt be more kind and helpful. I have done business there on several occasions. Unfortunately I cant say the same for the Taylorville Rd store. I called to inquire about getting a new set of tires balanced for my pickup truck. The man who answered the phone acted like I was really putting him out by calling. I asked if I needed an appointment and he made a snide comment about farmers showing up whenever they wanted. I hung up and made an appointment with Walker Tire in Clinton later that day and they did an excellent job!

Not worth giving any stars. completed an oil change for me, installed a cheap aftermarket filter that failed, plus put in the wrong oil per the manufacture instructions. caused the engine to lock up, then their insurance and best one would not claim any responsibility. And before anyone things it was a Junker car, my car was a BMW. DO NOT take anything to these people as they clearly do no stand behind their work. Guess i will see them in court.
