Brought the car into Temperly and the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and had a very nice mechanic check the tires, fill them with air, and we were on the road home in less than 15 minutes. Curtis Jensen My mother and 2 friends where on their way to visit another friend in Iowa and had a lower air detector fall off and was dragging the ground. These great people got her in and out and thanked them for stopping by and did it for nothing. These are the people I Want to meet when I break down on my vacation. This is coming from another shop that does the same thing. I help out the people that need it and make them feel like a valued customer even if it is for something simple like the valance falling off. I am great full for them helping my mom out. Fleet Manager I had to get one of the company trailers repaired while our driver was on home time. He dropped the trailer and they got it done the next day and let us park until my driver comes back. Bb Jeanie our car got a transmittion signal suddenly on our way back to chicago from Denver, so we have to stop by this city and found this automotive repair shop. Brian is super nice, he came out to greet us and helped us to have a simple check before he asked us to come back for a futher check. (we felt sorry to bothering him since it was during his lunch time.) Brian is very efficient, he helped us to check our car within 10 mins. thank you for your help and kindness. kenneth weinstock Went to Jiffy Lube in Dixon, Illinois. When I left they told me I was all set, no problems! When I got up the next day and days ahead, there was oil all over my driveway. I took my car back and the manager said I shouldn’t drive the car till I get all the oil leaks fixed. He told me that his district manager said to tell me that jiffy lube takes no responsibility for the leaks, even though I had no leaks when I got there. I feel they overfilled the oil and blew oil seals. I took my car to the dealer and it cost me over 2000.00 to fix the leaks. I was told by Corbin that the district manager would reach out to me the next day but he never did! I’m gonna stand outside there business with a sign saying my last oil change at Jiffy Libe here cost me over 2000.00 in repairs. Horrible the way they treated me! I’m looking for an attorney that’ll take the case. I’m Disabled and that extra money to fix it was all I had for the next 2 months.

akramer4 First time using this shop yesterday. My alternator died in the morning, got it towed to the shop just before noon. Diagnosed by 2:30, repairs done and ready for pickup by 5. I was amazed and greatful. Price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly. This is my new spot for maintenance.

Hugo I used to take my car to the dealership for service, I had to drive 25 miles to get there. So I started looking for a shop near my house and found Robinsons I have been bringing my car for the last 9 months and gotta say, this shop is great!!! Excellent service, reliable, and affordable. Ben Mueller Stay away from these guys. They will sell you a car with a warranty and then continue to lie when the POS breaks down that they sell you. They won’t back you up or ur warranty when the time comes. Seriously dont buy a car ever from galena Chrysler they suck.

gearcased Went in for a oil change and they removed air filter housing to up sale an air filter and broke the air filter housing in the process. They agreed to replace it and ordered the wrong parts twice. They never did replace it and the parts guy suggested to just make the wrong part work. Run as fast as you can from this incompetency.
