I drive a 2017 Chrysler 300, purchased from Ken Nelson, and have relied on their service department for all my vehicle checkups, oil changes, and inspections. Every visit has been a seamless experience, thanks in large part to Chase Blackburn. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers set him apart from the rest. From the moment I walk in, Chase ensures everything is handled efficiently and with the utmost respect. 1 /5 gearcased: Went in for a oil change and they removed air filter housing to up sale an air filter and broke the air filter housing in the process. They agreed to replace it and ordered the wrong parts twice. They never did replace it and the parts guy suggested to just make the wrong part work. Run as fast as you can from this incompetency.

2 /5 Michael Bettner: I recieved two free oil changes when I purchased my vehicle and each time I brought it in they tried to charge me. I had to tell them they were free and after they talked to whoever, it was straightened out. I feel like it should have been in their system already. I went there another time to get warranty work done and the guy said it would take a couple days, but then the mechanic stepped in and said it would be done the next morning (which it was). I feel like the guy you talk to doesnt really know whats going on and you should talk to a mechanic. They also quoted me $40 to patch a tire, which is obscene.

It began with a coolant leak, diagnosed as a damaged radiator. It led to heater core replacement after thorough inspection. Amie and the team treated me better than the dealership I bought my truck at. Thank you Amie.
