5 /5 Michael Swanson: Rebuilt my car after it was in a wreck and I took it here for an alignment after. I appreciate that they pointed out the other maintenance items that I needed, yet they werent pushy about selling me other work at a time when I didnt have the money. They did the alignment for me. The car drives straight as an arrow. I do most of my own work but will definitely use this place again if/when a need arises. Thank you for helping me get my Mitsubishi back on the road. -Mike

5 /5 Ellis Charles: Got my tires changed at Belle Tire in Bloomington but didnt get the alignment they suggested. Turns out I had two bad valve stems. Took it to Phaffs and not only did they fix the problem but they brought me out to the shop to show me my alignment was almost perfect. These guys look out for their customers

5 /5 John Finnegan: Pfaffs always gets my vehicle in quickly and doesnt try to upsell me on something I dont need. Their technician Hurley looked at my daughters car today and had her back on the road in no time. I will always take my vehicles there over other repair shops in town.

Thankfully the crew here made it as hassle free and stress free as possible for us today. Were treated like friends, and shot straight on the cost, and back on the road in a breeze. 5 /5 Joyce Hale: I cannot say enough great things about Pfaff. Today, on our way to Springfield, on a bus with 50 students, we experienced a blowout with one of our tires. The bus operator and company found Pfaff to do a repair. They were able to quickly assess what needed to be done, changed two tires and got us back on the road within an hour. Amazing and kind people at Pfaff!
