    Matt Leigh: I took my truck for a scratch and small dents on drivers side of the bed of my truck near the fuel door. It took over two weeks when I was told one week. When I went in to get the truck and I was trying to ask questions to Tim the owner about making sure that the topper was sealed back correctly he started helping another customer that came in after me and when I asked him he was rude and made a smart-ass comment that it was just a topper! They are understaffed and I get that he is extremely busy, but no reason to be unprofessional with a customer, so three days later I drive to Chenoa and opened the back topper and tailgate and found two of the clamps laying on the truck bed floor and the other two loose!!!! Thank God it didnt fly off going down the highway!!! I also asked about the glass/ceramic coating being put back on my truck and he was snotty again saying that the paint had to cure first, then his wife said for three months before I would be called to let me know when to bring it back, first time I was told that ever and I assume if I didnt ask wouldnt have been told! Will never do business with them again!!!!! BEEN GOING DOWNHILL FOR YEARS Update now 3 months later he submitted a supplemental estimate for the glass coating something that he didnt do because I wont take it there for anything ever again and tried to get paid for it!!!

    Jon Bozarth: Pretty nice group of people with quality pricing. However they have had my car since February 14th. I’ve gotten minimal updates if they even answer the phone. I set my car in for a motor replacement and was told it would take about a month. Gave him half down (6k) and now six months later still have absolutely nothing to show for it and I don’t even know what all has been done to my car. Called and texted again today and straight to voicemail. Not sure what’s going on over there all I know for sure is it’s been six months for a job they told me would take a month and I still don’t even have my car back.

    Adia Jumaani: My son and I were traveling back to Wisconsin from Texas when our sprinter Van (that we do OTR freight in) got into some trouble on I 50. I googled the nearest auto shop and ran across Duvall’s Automotive shop, which was 2 miles off the interstate. We drove 5 miles per hour off the interstate and down the road to the shop at 730am. When the owner arrived he got us in first and got our van running within 1 and a half hour. They were very nice and professional. I would highly suggest their shop to the locals and anyone traveling. Plus the cost of the repairs was reasonable. We got our wheel bearings, front drivers side rotor and break pads repaired. We are thoroughly satisfied!!
