5 /5 Adia Jumaani: My son and I were traveling back to Wisconsin from Texas when our sprinter Van (that we do OTR freight in) got into some trouble on I 50. I googled the nearest auto shop and ran across Duvall’s Automotive shop, which was 2 miles off the interstate. We drove 5 miles per hour off the interstate and down the road to the shop at 730am. When the owner arrived he got us in first and got our van running within 1 and a half hour. They were very nice and professional. I would highly suggest their shop to the locals and anyone traveling. Plus the cost of the repairs was reasonable. We got our wheel bearings, front drivers side rotor and break pads repaired. We are thoroughly satisfied!!

5 /5 Dakotah Urban: Traveling from St. Louis to Milwaukee through a major rainstorm. Our 2020 Palisade began to misfire and through a CEL. Forced to pull over in Lincoln, IL, Duvalls Automotive had us diagnosed, fixed, and back on the road in approximately an hour! Great work, great situational awareness, and great customer service. Donuts headed your way as a big thank you! Standing ovation! Our family is very impressed with the hospitality we received on an emergency fix.

4 /5 But heads anonymous 1: Hes a great guy and gets the job done. The only complaint I have is it might take awhile to get your car done. Ive had cars there for almost a month before. You just never know but thats the cost when you have so much business. That is my only complaint. Very reliable decent prices and you can trust hell get the job done right the first time.

5 /5 Cherill Crudup: Amazing, amazing, amazing service. If you live in this area or are stuck (like we were), this is best place to be. Husband and I were on a trip coming home on 55 from New Orleans and had a major oil leak that caused our car to pretty much be inoperable. Insurance towed us to this little shop, we were welcomed with open arms and hospitality. Nicky and Dave are great people! No BS, no overcharging, and quick service. Had us back on our way within hours. Cant thank them more for their service and hospitality.
