S & R Route 66 Auto Center - Pontiac (IL)

5 /5 anita evans: I was driving from Arizona to Chicago and stopped for gas in Pontiac. I noticed that my car was making a noise that I hadn’t heard before. I called S&R Auto Center, which was about a mile from the highway, they stayed open for me and checked out my car. They let me know if it was ok to drive the rest of the way. Thanks so much for putting two old ladies mind at ease.

5 /5 Tammy Ragusa: My car had been sitting in the driveway for five years without even being started. I was scared it was a goner, but the team at S&R came and got her and went to work. Not only did they get it running and make it safe for me to drive, the work was done sooner than I expected and they kept me in the loop the entire time. A week later when I had to take another vehicle in to get an ignition switch, they found one for me and did the work. And honestly, theyre just really decent human beings. Im so glad we have them in Pontiac.

5 /5 Derik .P: Incredible first time experience. I received a quote from all of the local dealerships and the quotes were $900+ and said they would get me in "when they could". I called S&R and spoke with Austin (who could not have been nicer and more accommodating). He quoted me roughly $430 for the same job and had it done the same day that I dropped it off. I could not be happier with the level of service and the price. I will be using this business again the next time something happens.
