D F Jan 2020 - I was passing through Illinois and had a major issue when my transmission went out. Not knowing the area or businesses, I took a chance on Bloomgrens. They took me to the rental car company so I could get home. While my vehicle was there, they diagnosed the issue, gave me options and pricing, and performed the repairs. I got a rental and came back a few weeks later as it was a major repair around the holidays. I picked up my vehicle and it drove as I had hoped it would. This could have gotten very expensive and went really bad, but they did what they said they would do and my vehicle is running well.

Lori Arnold Check engine light came on. Had Auto Zone test it. Bad evaporator canister purge valve. My normal garage couldnt get me in for 3 hours. Called Motorheads and they were able to get me in. Faith was super friendly and helpful. Large reception area (see pictures). Tv with Amazon fire stick. Faith heard me tell my husband my phone battery was low and she let me borrow her phone charger. Co-owner sat and talked to me for a while. In and out in 2 hours. Everyone super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend. I will be back and will start using them for oil changes and general car maintenance. I would recommend paying in cash though as there was a credit card fee.

We cannot only fix your tire but bring your sunglasses out to you when you forget them! Its nice to see that a company that isnt out there to just take advantage of you! The lady behind the desk is amazing. I highly recommend Karmark for sure!

From there, everything was smooth and hassle-free. They handled the entire insurance process, provided me with a free loaner truck, and kept me informed throughout the repair. I didn’t have to deal with a thing. Not only did they repair the hail damage beautifully, but they also went the extra mile by running my truck through a full detail—interior cleaned, exterior buffed and waxed. tad lindquist My girlfriends car is dumping power steering fluid after a hose replacement for a small leak. Never should of left the shop!! Will give a good rating if they fix this was better before they worked on it.
