Donald Demario First time at Jim Hayes Ford and was very impressed. Service staff was very helpful. They explained all possible costs, and got my appointment scheduled quickly. Final cost for my repair was less than expected from a dealership. I was even given estimates for a set of new tires to consider which was helpful. Will be back.

bob slager Towed my truck for service to them and the following day it was Broke in to ..and was told on the phone that they would have a police report done and they would fix everything my driver door was broke pretty good ..they said they were waiting for door handle to come in and a month latter I was told there insurance wouldnt cover damage because it was parked outside and not inside the building..and never got my truck fixed either .why I towed it there in first place ..I towed to my regular mechanic and hes fixing the door and what I originally needed fixed ...so my advise to anyone that wants to tow a vehicle there please stay away nothing but lies from service department and management..

Wyatt Hall Bays were empty. Dropped my truck off for a tire rotation while I picked up a couple things. They had my truck on the rack for 30 minutes and neither of the techs touched it. I will not go back due to their lack of motivation to serve there customers. Unprofessional and lazy.

L They sneak extras on without asking (Road Hazzard Warranty and Lifetime Balance, both optional). It has happened twice now to me after purchasing 4 sets of tires for 2 vehicles in a year. I complained the first time and they did it again last week! They dont seem to care that its unethical and they dont even ask if youre a plus member (free for plus members). They automatically tell you a price but dont tell you about the extras totalling $120! Stop adding charges without consulting with the customer!!

Donnie Denbow Friendly parts store. The guys there have a ton of parts experience under their belts, unlike the other parts stores in town. Never had a bad experience at the Harrisburg Napa.

Josh medley While doing grounds maintenance for a nursing home in Metropolis, I shattered a glass door weed eating on a Friday afternoon. I temporarily fixed it as I was leaving for vacation. I called the following Monday morning to every business I found online in Western Kentucky that would repair doors. I had several that said they would be out to give an estimate on repairs, and never showed up. But most said they were 4-6 months out for any repairs as they were consumed with storm damage repairs. Upon my return I got online and started looking for someone in southern Illinois or Missouri and Found the Glass Doctor out of Vienna and Harrisburg. The receptionist was extremely helpful. I didnt know if I was going to do the repair on my own or let one of their techs do it. As I needed it repaired as soon as possible. She found the glass I needed, and had a tech out within a few hours for replacement. My bill was about half of what I anticipated. The tech allowed me to watch and showed me exactly how to make the repair if I needed to in the future. I will highly recommend them to anyone that asks, and they will be my first call in the future. Tyler Vickery These guys are the best! In addition to always getting me in with a blowout or a tire needing a patch, the guy at the front desk also helped me with my battery cable connection this past friday and got me running so i could get taken care of! These guys are some of the best around.

terry bethel I have had my truck needing an estimate for months now and they refuse to answer my call every time I call or leave a voice mail. When they did answer I was told they didn’t check on it yet and that they would call in a week and then they never do. Unless you know them personally I would not suggest them at all. Terrible experience would give 0 stars if available.

Eva Warren Went there after getting rear-ended. They did an awesome job! Worked with the insurance company, finished in a very timely manner. They even waxed and cleaned the inside of the car. The guy in the office was very polite and easy to work with. Definitely get my recommendation.

He rode around with us to assess the noise and put our minds at ease. Would recommend him to anyone who wanted a straightforward man working on their vehicle.

James Essenpreis Took 3 weeks to have cab corners put on and they dont line up. My rear doors dont open anymore and they claimed thats how they received it. They were happy to offer to fix it for $400 a door.
