5 /5 Donald Demario: First time at Jim Hayes Ford and was very impressed. Service staff was very helpful. They explained all possible costs, and got my appointment scheduled quickly. Final cost for my repair was less than expected from a dealership. I was even given estimates for a set of new tires to consider which was helpful. Will be back.

1 /5 bob slager: Towed my truck for service to them and the following day it was Broke in to ..and was told on the phone that they would have a police report done and they would fix everything my driver door was broke pretty good ..they said they were waiting for door handle to come in and a month latter I was told there insurance wouldnt cover damage because it was parked outside and not inside the building..and never got my truck fixed either .why I towed it there in first place ..I towed to my regular mechanic and hes fixing the door and what I originally needed fixed ...so my advise to anyone that wants to tow a vehicle there please stay away nothing but lies from service department and management..

Jamie Parkinson is highly knowledgeable while being super friendly and down to earth. We would recommend Jim Hayes in Harrisburg to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle! Also, we absolutely love our Jeep Compass Trailhawk!

1 /5 Keith Stokes: Pretty bad when you go for an oil change and tire rotation and takes an hour and half. Need to hire more qualified people to get the job done on a timely manner. Have always used Jim Hayes but may not again.
