    Ashti Dawson: Hey friends!! If you are ever in need of a great mechanic, I HIGHLY recommend 11th Street Garage!!! I had to take my truck in for some work and the guys at this shop were amazing! Honest, reliable, informative, reasonably priced and dont cut corners!! From the first conversation I had with them to when I picked up my truck, they made me feel comfortable about the job they were gonna do and best of all, not one time did they treat me "less than" or try to take advantage of me because Im a woman! You all know that stereotype exists!! Their shop is CLEAN and they took the time to clean under the hood too! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience and I would most definitely go back for any mechanical work needed in the future!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!! I was beaming all the way home during my drive!!!!

    Catherine Kane: Recently visited Car-X, located on Linton Ave. a few times for car repair service. Having an older car, it was time to replace some parts wearing out. We had Car-X replace exhaust system, brakes and tires. Really happy with results. Dave and staff are friendly, professional, and instill confidence when they recommend services. Costs for services are very reasonable. Will definitely stay with Car-X for future services.

    Alyssa Stuart: 100% recommend. AMAZING service!! Very reasonable, very nice & was able to fit me the next day! On a Thursday, around three weeks ago, I noticed my car was leaking oil. I called all around town explaining the situation. Everyone I had called said it would at least be Tuesday, next Friday or over 2 weeks out, that they could even get me in the shop. Which I totally understood because the cold weather brings out all the car problems! I called Johnson & Johnson and over the phone, he already had an idea on what it could be. He said the soonest they would be able to get me in is on Monday. We kept talking about the problem with my car and he mentioned that if I wanted to bring it in that same day (Thursday), they could possibly work on it the next day if there was any no shows or cancelations. They are closed on the weekend so if they werent able to work on it Friday, they would work on it on Monday. I dropped my car off that same day and around 1pm the next day, I got a call that it was done. Not even 24 hours later, it was done! Also, everywhere I had called said it would be around a certain price range. Johnson & Johnson said $100-$200 cheaper than most places in town told me. After taxes, It was the exact price he said over the phone. I went to pick my car up and he explained what happened and actually showed me the piece they replaced. Also, the guy who answered the phone when I originally called was professional, nice and very understanding. 3 weeks later, no more oil leaking and no problems have came up. I cant recommend them enough!!

    Jay Marie: If could give them zero stars I would, please do not take your car here if you ever expect to get it back in a timely fashion. Not only do they take weeks for a standard oil change and diagnosis but the customer service is beyond unacceptable, thats when you can even get in contact with them. Save yourself the head and pain to your pocket because whatever pay them to fix when you finally do receive your vehicle back you will have to pay someone else to fix the same thing.     Roxanne harling: I would not visit this shop again. I went in for a routine oil change. They told me I had a “bur” that was shredding a belt in my car. They said that I need a new alternator and the quote they gave me to fix it was close to $1,000. They really pushed it. They warned me not to drive, that I would end up stranded. I didn’t feel comfortable so I called a shop I typically go to. I drove there and the “bur” was a ROCK -that they pulled off easily. It was stuck there by TAR. They replaced the belt for $50 and I was on my way. This shop is not trustful. They saw me as a woman who didn’t know any better. Be careful if you go there for any kind of service!!!

I have been doing business with Eurosport for over a year now, and within the short time frame that I have been a loyal customer to them, I feel that it has become more than just being a customer I am family!! This is one of those businesses that goes by the Golden rule, and takes very good care of all of their customers!! I have many times brought my vehicle to get service, and I am a person who can appreciate the little things! I could have come in for an oil change, and caught one of the technicians filling up air in my tire!! That wasnt even the service that I came in here for, but they do unto others as they would want others to do unto them! They check the little things that everyone else wouldnt check, they take time to care for the little things that everyone else may not care about or take the time to do so! So once again this is why I say this business treats you more of a family member than a customer and they treat their family right I must say!! If you have any European automobiles, ie. Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Saab, Volkswagen, Jaguar and so on and so on, I highly recommend you bring your vehicles to get serviced with them!! Eric is a stellar and outstanding individual whose hard work, dedication, and patience are top tier and very hard to come by especially when it comes to automotive repair, or upkeep service providers!! Thank me later, dont go to the people who charge you an arm and a leg and treat you like a walking dollar bill! Go to the family that cares at EuroSport Springfield Illinois, and let them get you taken care of!!!
