1 /5 Roxanne harling: I would not visit this shop again. I went in for a routine oil change. They told me I had a “bur” that was shredding a belt in my car. They said that I need a new alternator and the quote they gave me to fix it was close to $1,000. They really pushed it. They warned me not to drive, that I would end up stranded. I didn’t feel comfortable so I called a shop I typically go to. I drove there and the “bur” was a ROCK -that they pulled off easily. It was stuck there by TAR. They replaced the belt for $50 and I was on my way. This shop is not trustful. They saw me as a woman who didn’t know any better. Be careful if you go there for any kind of service!!!

5 /5 Natalie Dunn: My children and I were visiting for the holiday weekend from Iowa, 6 hrs away and ran into an issue with my equinox. After calling the local chevy dealer because of the warranty I have and being told that they wouldnt be able to get me in until Tuesday I called you guys at 1 Stop auto and was able to bring my vehicle in and it was diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours. I appreciate the communication and the service. I will be telling my friends in Springfield how awesome you all are!! Thank you for making the weekend better!! Thankful for you all.

5 /5 Callie: We were passing through town on a road trip and realized we had a headlight that burned out, we came in to this auto shop to get it replaced and they made sure to give us fast, easy, friendly, and affordable service. Highly recommend!

1 /5 V Black (BentLB7): Do not take your vehicle here. Broke the door handle to my sisters car. Aligned her truck, charged her, said it was good and the wheels were cambered in, took it back to have it realigned which fixed the camber and then they charged me again saying "illinois pot holes are a (cussword)" they also tried to cover up the broken handle by stuffing foam inside the handle to make it stay. Been dealing with them for 10 years and its been bad service.

5 /5 Danielle Scott: From great...to Oh no!...to loyal customer. Great!...Got me in the next day, good communication, fair prices, quick work. Oh no!...picked the car up and later that day, it started squealing! They rushed to our rescue, towed us back to the shop. He explained what was wrong, the fix needed and said "I dont want to lose a good customer over this. We will be covering your tow and this part. Itll be ready to pick up tomorrow morning." The owner was MORE than generous and helpful to do this, as Im unsure it was truly related to the first repair and was most likely a fluke of bad timing. Loyal customer...Im glad we have found an honest, quick, and customer focused shop for all our repairs. Id highly recommend them!
