sparse ACE Oscar is a bad business man. Within a half hour the car was falling a part. He told us the car was in good condition and there were little to no problems. We had to put 4 thousand dollars to keep the car stable. Overall a horrible business. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Hattha S. Bought my car in for deep paint scratches on the door. These guys did a great job with the paint. Matched paint and blended well with the rest of the panels. Couldnt even tell there was a problem to begin with. Had them restore and clear coated my head lights to look brand new. They even buffed my car without leaving swirl marks. If you own a black car youll know what I mean.

Nic Debree The staff was amazing, super friendly and honest. I came asking what I should add to my car and they got me with Bill who knew exactly what I should add. I got four different pieces and last minute I asked if they could all the pieces on the same day I got them, they were able to put all of the things on my car and even stayed almost two hours after closing hours just to finish my car. On top of that they have great prices for everything. They did a great job and will be going to them again.

Cora Henton Had a great experience with Northern Auto. They have a great staff and great customer service. The past two days they assisted me with putting air in my tires and said that I probably had a slow leak. I brought it in this and thats what it was. Jay explained everything to me thoroughly and got me and my tire taken care of right away.

Ashley Morrison Called them a day before to check the prices for an oil change and inspection. I was told the oil change is $70 and the inspection was free. They told me I can bring the car in the morning, no need for an appointment. My husband bought the car in and was told there’s another location that they failed to mention over the phone. Once he got to the correct location, My husband told them an oil change and inspection was needed!!! When he picked the car up, we was charged an additional $70 for a wheel alignment that we NEVER ASKED FOR!!! And the inspection was never done. Never again!!! And the customer service there sucks!! We knew exactly what was needed for the car and they decided to do extra and blame us for it!! BS ‼️

Victoria Miller I thought this guy was a decent guy (David) I told him exactly what was wrong with my car had my car for 3/4 days put 2 quarts of oil in it charged me $113 and my car sounds exactly the same I spent a lot of money at this place if you didn’t have the man power to fix my car you should’ve said no one Will be here to fix your vehicle The $95 was for a diagnostic test and my car sounds exactly the same so what did they diagnose but charge me $95 for I’m pissed

Edward Kristan I took my car here when I was broke to get an oil leak checked and fixed. They charged me 800 bucks to replace valve cover gaskets. I picked up the car and they had busted a tail light cover when driving it in the lot. They said they would fix it for free but it would take a few weeks. Within those few weeks the car continued to leak oil. When I returned to have the tail light fixed and complain about the persistent oil leak, they told me neither was their fault and acted like they had never worked on my vehicle. Just straight up pretended to be ignorant even with receipts. I feel like they knew I was broke and didnt have the time or money to hold them accountable. Dont give them any business. They are incredibly shady and predatory.

Candice Cartwright Amazing customer service. I went to them as a referral from a family member. They went above and beyond to get my van fixed and made sure the price was right. I also like the stamp card for oil changes. Get the card stamped 3 times 4th one is free. They also gave a complimentary ride home which was awesome. They offer two programs to help pay based on 3rd party approval. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Del Mikes More Miles WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU !!!! They got very, very good service. They wont charge you an arm and a leg (and the occasional left kidney like "the dealership"). If you have an old car that needs fixing, dont bring it to "the dealership"; Mikes More Miles is the only place to go. A definite plus would be the staff; professional, courteous, polite and friendly (not "fake friendly", mind you). Wanna save money? Dont buy a new car, get a decent second-hand, and let Mikes More Miles take care of the maintenance ..... youll be glad you did!

Taylor ONeal Had my car brought in today for a broken axle and they fixed it right away. Originally thought it was the transmission but Larry helped us figure out over the phone that it was in fact the axle. Very nice and helpful, will definitely be bringing my car back for future needs. Answered all of our questions and explained everything to us. Seems like a great local, family shop. Great service and prices. Would definitely recommend.

Nikki Kush If I could give negative stars I would infinitely. I went in for spark plugs and new coil packs. I paid $150 for a inspection which includes looking at my axles I picked up my car and not even 3 miles down the road a bolt flew off then throughout the week more bolts were flying off to the point where my axle dropped out of my car while driving if they would have done a proper inspection They would have known that my axle bolts were loose or if they loosened them being that I never had any issue with my axle until I brought it to the shop The same day I got my car back is the same day The first bolt flew off within 3 miles of the shop I called and left a voicemail addressing the issue and now I am being avoided And ignored I will definitely be getting in contact of the board of business to address my situation since I am being ignored I could have got seriously hurt with my child and I am pregnant. They do not care. They just want your money. They did address that my axle was bad, but they did not address that all my axle bolts were loose to the point where I could take them out with my fingers. Bring your business somewhere else save your money time and frustration

Samantha Owens Was at Emissions and found out a different mechanic had unplugged something while installing an remote starter in my moms car - was impacting our ability to have the emissions tested. Zipped down the street to Sunset and they immediately helped us resolve the issue, was friendly, courteous, and saved the day!
