Brenda Word: AVOID THIS PLACE My text to the owner: This is Brenda Word, I am at the auto shop today. They found another item not secured and it caused a leak after repairs you did. Within 1 week I had to return my vehicle to you because of very loud noises it is making now it was not making before you did work on it. After that I had to return my vehicle for repairs to you six times, 3 times for the same items to be repaired. What I need is the inspection CHECK LIST FORM ITEM BY ITEM. You should have the checklist because you charged me for an inspection before you did any repairs on my vehicle. I need my new auto repair shop to do an inspection on all the repairs you did in order for me to feel secure driving my vehicle. Your shop charged me over $3000.00 in repairs. I spoke with managers that did regular maintenance on my vehicle and they gave me feedback on things you said. I went to jiffy lube and spoke with the manager there and the manager said if there was a massive oil leak as bad as you stated I would have needed to get a top off at least every 2 weeks. According to their records my oil levels on my car when I went in-between actual oil changes were never lower than normal. There were no signs of heavy oil leakage. Over the last 5 years I never had an issue. The last visit at your shop my hood was left open. My hood could have flown open and I could have been hurt. I told you about it and all you said was SURE. The shop I go to now also spoke about the oil pressure which you repaired with a makeshift part. He stated that any mechanic would know not to remove any oil seal without having the replacement part due to oil pressure. Putting the incorrect part you put on could have damaged the engine. When I brought it back to you because of the loud noise for the second time you said you needed to add oil and tried to send me on my way. I had to ask you," Arent you going to find out where the oil leak is coming from since I just paid for an oil repair. " Yes it was the same oil leak you were supposed to repair. He also spoke about the belt change you did. After you changed the part that the belt was rotating on, why didnt you change the belt to? Any mechanic would know to change the belt when they replaced any part the belt is rotating on because the belt would have been stretched. This means that I was charged for 2 jobs which should have been one job On both of the videos taken 2 weeks apart with the same loud sound, the sound was the same. After I had to ask "My question was are you going to find the leak " I lost trust in your shop. Especially when I was sitting there and a lady came in and said her car is making noises it didnt make before you worked on it. You seem upset because I asked questions and like you didnt care when I was there last. I told you my job is to make sure things are done correctly. I asked you a few times, did you drive my car to make sure things were right. You said you trust your employees without a doubt. I came to you because you were recommended by people I trust. After they heard the noises my vehicle was making once you did the repairs, they said my car never made any noise before you worked on it. One day I went to a meeting and accidentally left my vehicle running and someone had to come inside and tell me. That is how quiet it was before you worked on it. It has not been the same since. Sometimes you must check your employees work because things that happened to me may happen to others and that is very bad business. Remember your employees need cars broken in order to keep working. I have done audits and I have found at times Owners have no idea what takes place in their business. Please send that inspection report ASAP thank you. Hope you can hear the sound.
