2 /5 Tori J: So, I have been waiting a couple days to make this review. I was once a regular here for a while. Then decided to give my nails a break. It’s probably been about a good 10 months, possibly longer since I have been here. I messaged my nail tech directly via Instagram to make an appointment for nails + toes. She responded fairly quick to set my appointment for 1 o’clock. She started with my toes & I love them. Then moved onto my nails after that. Not even 1/2 way through my nails she received a call & had to leave in a hurry. She asked me if I could come back. I have a one year old I had to pick up shortly after getting my nails done. Which she knew. I just let her know I wasn’t able to come back later or even the next day. Yet, she still left. Told me she would “be back at 3” Leaving me sitting there with my nails 1/2 done. Not even 1/2 done actually. I honestly should have just walked out & left. There was one other tech in there that knew how to do nails. But, she was working on someone else. Once she finished with her customer she finished my nails. After I was sitting there for 15 mins. Which don’t get me wrong my nails are cute. But I didn’t want these & I asked for specific nails & even showed a photo of how I wanted them. I guess it was too much to ask for. I was just thrown off about the entire thing. & ready to get out of there. I was hoping to get an apology or something. Or even to make it right. I GOT NOTHING. I paid over $120 for my nails. Didn’t get exactly what I wanted & had to move my schedule around after I left & had to rush to do what I needed to get done before picking up my baby because of someone else’s inconvenience. Yet, she said she would be back by 3 & I left the salon at 3:20p I don’t even know when she returned. I would have been sitting there that entire time. I understand things come up. But what she had going on was not a last minute thing. Unfortunately, I will not ever be back.
