5 /5 Debra Martin: I have been going to Lovely Nails for a few years. Everyone is very friendly and ready to please. The service is consistent and great. Wherever I go someone compliments my nails and asks where I have them done. Time and care, cleanliness, and comfort are always met in my experience. I highly recommend this group if you need a mani or pedi!

1 /5 Hailey Whipple: This is the first review I have ever written, but the experience was so awful and uncomfortable. There is one employee there by the name of Henry who is very rude and unprofessional. The first time I had him he was not kind to me because he said my nails were “too complicated” and would “take too long” after he had already agreed to do the design I showed him before he even started my appointment. He then got irritated with me for not tipping over 20%. (I tipped him exactly 20% even though he very unkind). The next time I had him he spent over two hours doing my nails (I had a very simple design) and the entire time he went on a rampage about politics and would not stop and kept saying very outlandish comments. He would start and stop my nails in between big monologues where he was being very forward about his political beliefs causing him to take that extra time. I was not engaging at all with him and was very quiet hoping he would stop and just finish my nails, but he kept going almost the entire nail appointment. Like I said, the other nail technicians at Lovely Nails are very kind, but I do not think I will be returning simply because this employee was very rude and unprofessional each time I had him and made my entire experience overwhelming uncomfortable. As well as the fact that he had to redo my design numerous times and refused to look at the picture and swore he got it, then proceeded to mess it up over and over again. Both times he also did not dry my nails fully, forgot to put a top coat on causing there to me specs of dusts in my fully dried nails, did not clean up smudges on my skin and nails he caused, and took a very long time to match the color I asked for. I do not care what your political opinions are; however, going on and on about how handicapped people are leeching off the government and how destroying the department of education would be a good thing, and talking about what political party you affiliate with, etc is just not a professional choice or topic for a nail appointment. Especially when discussing said topics cause you to mess up the clients nails numerous times and cause you to take long breaks in the nail process and force your client to have to remind you multiple times what the nails are supposed to look like.

1 /5 Teee: I had a horrible experience yesterday at the nail shop. I went in for a simple gel pedicure and left unsatisfied with no gel polish. The lady providing the service made several mistakes while polishing my nails. She removed the polish multiple times and then called for assistance. The Second Lady attempted to polish my nails but was unsuccessful. Mind you I asked for all white nails, nothing exquisite. While my nails are being redone the owner asks me multiple times do I mind paying before the service is over. At that point I felt harassed because you see the employees are struggling to complete the service but you’re focused on me paying. After the 5th attempt of polishing my nails I stopped the service and requested the polish to be removed. The owner offered to polish my nails but by that time I was upset and no longer wanted their service. She did not offer a discount which is poor customer service. She literally said well I’m sorry it didn’t work you can pay and go. 0/10 would not recommend.

3 /5 Diamond Steel: I had an in between time at Lovely Nails! I usually do my nails myself, however my husband decided to surprise me on Valentine’s Day, I was really hoping it was going to be a great experience, I had a design and everything. However, it didn’t work out that way, I’m very disappointed. First off, they were very accommodating, since I called last minute trying to schedule an appointment, which I appreciate it. The experience was going well, I changed my mind about shape and length and she was very nice about it, at first. Until the lady that was doing my nails seemed to “rush” when it got closer to closing time and that’s when I ended up changing my mind about design. I have acrylic that is super thick on some of my nails and the shaping was off, I ended up having to fix it at home that just made the situation even worse. The gentleman who did my toes, did an excellent job, took his time and was very gentle.
