1 /5 Autumn Farmer: Very unhappy went in with my mother to get our acrylics taken off they picked hers off with another acrylic tip and they were soaking mine off had me go sit in another booth as he started someone else’s which is fine but I sat there for another 20 min before I asked to go to the restroom. Then someone attended to my nails. As I was finished I didn’t even want to paint them but my mom convinced me to get them painted. As I was walking out I was over it I had to tell the guy 2 times I still had acrylic on my nails and that I didn’t want them cut down by the time I walked out my nails and her nails look like crap I still have acrylic on my nails and lost a bunch of length. Would not recommend as we spend 40 a piece there and it was not worth it. The guy seemed more interested in his phone than he did doing my nails.

1 /5 Chelsea Lauren: Me and my sister came to get our nails done while waiting on our train back to Chicago. We gave two simple pics. Both onbre. And what I got was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! They look like 2002 nails! The pics don’t come close! I even stopped her mid service to ask her are you doing the onbre? She said yes let me finish all rude. Well she still didn’t do it. The man told my sister “that too much money” like she was broke! Rude again! Then charged me 176$!!! I said excuse me! That is outrageous for these terrible nails!!!!AND added her own tip!! I have never had such a bad experience getting nails done! This place needs shut down. Especially because how they don’t wear gloves, hair all hanging over my nails and in her face. I’m so enraged and felt like I was taken advantage of because we wasn’t from there. Which is NOT okay! I want a refund. I’ll even accept half. I will be going to the BBB as well to report. And next consumers to fine. I promise I willl NOT stop. And they will see your old reviews that back mine up cause plenty have gone through the same as me!!! Please save yourself time and trouble. 2 /5 Aubrey ONeil: I asked for almond, I didn’t get that at all. The shapes are all different sizes and he didn’t check the Length of my nails as well. They are super chunky and just don’t look right. They were very rushed and just wanted to get to the next client. Didn’t touch my cuticles and didn’t put anything on my hands afterwards so they were still very gross. I am very disappointed and won’t be going back. I will say they are very nice people though, Still way overpriced and my nails look terrible.

5 /5 Elahe Javadi: I feel very confident to recommend Joe for Dipping Powder! I am very satisfied with the quality of his work, also with his professionalism. I have been going a few times, the most recent dip was done on Feb. 4, and lasted with no signs of breaking till March. 6. Keep that in mind that Im not the most gentle person with my hands and I do all my household work myself! Joe is professional and friendly and is very good at his job. I also appreciate it SO MUCH that he does not talk nor does he ask any (personal) questions. I have seen this happen in previous salons, for introverts or busy people like me, we prefer silence, I think about my work projects while my nails are being done. In general, the Salon is very organized, you check-in, get points, making appointments very easy. Location is very convenient for Normal residents, easy to find parking.
