He took it way too far looking into me and posting private and incorrect information in an attempt to intimidate and discredit me. He never said they don’t do quotes, I never said I couldn’t bring my car in, and I don’t work at a call center in another state. I was looking for a shop and called about specific repairs, while also going through a very difficult time. Please remove my personal information, that is an incredibly unprofessional violation of my privacy. Super rude! I called to ask for some specific repair quotes to potentially bring my car to this shop FROM another shop. In 3 minutes I asked for quotes on 3 repairs and the guy abruptly hissed, "If you want quotes you can bring your car in, IM DONE!" and hung up on me. This was so unnecessary and hurtful when Im already struggling. I would never take my car there now, but how would I even schedule that when he SUDDENLY HUNG UP ON ME.

5 /5 Gav Details: I brought my 2020 Sierra to Action Auto Clinic in order to correct an exhaust concern. A semi custom true dual exhaust was already installed. I spoke with Art about adding an X pipe. I explained my concern and he thoroughly explained the first step in the process to "chasing" the issue. I contacted the shop to confirm availability, I dropped the truck on Friday night ( they assured me it would be kept in side ). The truck was ready on Saturday afternoon. The craftsmanship of the fabricated X pipe and the welds are top notch. Im very particular about my vehicles so its hard to find a shop to trust to do what you want the right way. The odd noise coming from the exhaust is gone, Im super happy with how it turned out. Its not easy working with someone elses work but Art did a fantastic job. I would not hesitate referring friends and family to Action Auto. I spent about 30 minutes talking cars with Steve too. A+ all the way

Steve, the owner, will not try to up-sell you on work that is not needed like they do at the dealers or the quick oil change places. His work is great and he stands by it. I recommend Action Auto for all your car repair needs.
