5 /5 Ricardo Talavera: Ron was top notch. He really knows service and maintenance. He made sure I understood the risk my truck was at by towing as much weight as I was. He knew that by looking at the heat spots on my old rotors. Hard to find a more trustworthy team. He is running a great shop. Kyle you’re doing a great job as well. Few people walked in while I was there and I personally would not be as patient.

1 /5 Dave Ervin: I called Mavis and explained that I needed brakes as they just started grinding a couple of days ago. I told them that I wasnt sure if it was the front or the back brakes. I was told (By their "call center") that they are running a "special" and that it would cost $200 per axle. (which I thought was a great price) I was also told that they werent that busy, so I could bring it over now, so I did. When I checked in, I told them my problem and that I was told that it would be $200 per axle. The guy called his "boss" over and pointed to something on his screen and apparently, the guy who quoted me $200 wrote that it would be $269. The "boss" said there is NO WAY that we could do it for that price and that his "best" price would be $380 and he would try and do better on that price. I left the car so they could check it out and give me an estimate. They called about 30-40 minutes later and said that BOTH front and rear brakes needed to be replace and it would be $380 per axle. So.....he couldnt do better on the price and I smell a rat. If I cant trust the process when I call or check in, why on earth would I trust them to fix my brakes? This was a bait and switch if I ever saw one. Next!

Kept me informed and updated throughout all the services provided. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I will definitely be recommending Mavis(Wheaton) to all my friends and family!!

5 /5 Michael LoRusso: We had an unrepairable flat. Ron could have tried to patch it temporarily but he said it wouldnt hold. It was a covered expense at the dealer so he swapped our flat for the spare so we could get to the dealer and didnt charge us anything. He is as honest as they come! Use this shop if you can, Ron is a good guy.

5 /5 Jenna Harper: Had a great experience here - needed to have a tire repaired and was able to book an appointment online the same afternoon. The manager, Rob, was welcoming and provided clear and thorough information. My tire was repaired promptly, and Rob kept me updated throughout the process and also gave me quotes for new tires since mine need to be replaced soon. Highly recommend and will return. Thanks again Rob and team!
