They were flexible with our scheduled and provided quality work at a very reasonable price, compared to the dealership. Highly recommend them and David’s going to be working on our friend’s & sister’s vehicle given the great experience we had with them!

tatiana motley I just wanted to say I will recommend anybody to his shop When on the most kind is shops I have encountered. They seem to be walking by faith, not by site. And that is very rare for anybody in this world this day in time to do. Play prices is fear. They always work with you. And they will come help you anywhere from the side of the road. I would trust them Theyre not one of those shops that will take advantage of you. Because you are dumb found it too carves. And you dont know anything they want you to know about cars. Aurora Joe I had my vehicle repaired here recently after a front end collision. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience during the process, than I received from Service King. Their work was amazing. From my initial appointment, all my paperwork was waiting when I arrived, and was helped immediately. I was kept informed almost daily with both text messages and phone calls from my service advisor Keith. This was very nice knowing where the repair progress was without me ever having to call myself. It was finished a few days earlier than my original ETA and upon picking it up my car looked great. Repair was top notch, my car looks great. It was washed and waxed, interior was cleaned too. My repair came with a lifetime warranty too! Really , Service King provided a first class experience every step of the way. If you are on a situation which requires you to have your vehicle repaired in a collision center, don’t hesitate to use this shop, they will do a great job for you.

Kevin Schulenburg I wish I could recommend Crash Champions, but unfortunately, I cant. I stopped by for an estimate, and they mentioned someone would get back to me within a week. A week went by, then two, so I followed up in person. I was told they’d get back to me by the following Monday, but weeks later, I still hadnt received a call or email. Frustrated, I went to a body shop in St. Charles, where they looked at my vehicle immediately, provided an estimate, and had insurance approval the next day. While the staff at Crash Champions were friendly, the lack of communication and follow-through on their end was disappointing. If they were too busy, I would have appreciated being told upfront so I could make other arrangements. Friendly staff earns them two stars, but the poor service is why I can’t give more.

Its particularly noteworthy that he finished ahead of schedule - thats rare in the repair business and shows good management and commitment to customer service. He also was “no drama”. He told me to bring it in in a couple weeks. He didnt ask for a credit card or drivers license or blood test. I brought it in. He fixed it. I got the car back. I like dealing with honorable people, seems like thats missing today in the world.

Sam Weimer Thought I needed brakes and tires on my 4 yr old car but they said my brakes were good. Honest and straightforward, they let you know upfront they cant compete with big box prices on tires but we prefer to spend a few extra on tires to support small family business rather than corporations. Prices on oil changes, brakes, other car maintenance/repairs are competitive. Dog friendly store, so bring your dog! One of the owners even does nail trims for $10! Our dog wouldnt let anyone trim her nails until we came here. Leave your car and stroll historic downtown Geneva or, on a crummy day, you can hang out, work on a puzzle, have a cup of coffee, play with one of their Goldens (if you dont like dogs, they keep them crated). Interesting antiques for sale, too!

I had just bought a car so I didn’t have enough money to pay for the repairs of the broken CV axle and one of the managers Brett recommended that I try to apply for the Flex Shopper Which is like a credit account that they’ll pretty much give to anyone and I ended up getting a $1500 credit line and was able to fix my car completely and pay for it over the next three months . Bret and Jon staff and the rest of the staff made me feel like family and fix my car to perfection and we’re honest with me and showed me exactly what they were doing to get me back on the road again thank you so much Mavis I will be back next time my car needs a repair which hopefully isn’t anytime soon

My daughter was in the hospital and I needed to pick someone up from the airport in less then 2 hours. My tire was bad and leaking air. I didnt think they would be able to accomodate me that quickly and get it done before I needed to go to the airport but they did! Helped me tremendously that day. They are a great team of workers and highly recommended!!

Ignite I had a very negative experience with Kens Auto in Geneva. I took my car in for repairs, and the estimate I received was far beyond what I could afford. When I was unable to pay, my car was auctioned off. This resulted in me losing my transportation, which significantly impacted my ability to maintain my job and housing. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled.
