    Mark Swistek: I was referred to Triple C from another shop. Boy am I glad theres a German specialty automotive shop and Motorsport shop. I drive a 2020 BMW 330i xDrive Sport Line. Recently I had some upgrades done. I got a Dinan cold air intake, Dinan performance ignition coils, Dinan turbo inlet, CTS charge pipe, Berger Motorsports strut bars, and E-Line drilled in slotted rotors and new magmaflo brakes. Chris was the gentleman that I was dealing with mostly. He is the owner of the shop. Not only did I receive great customer service, he fit me in because of a time-sensitive upgrade. Im going on vacation. Chris and his employee gave great customer service and treated you as if youre part of a family. What I truly love as well is the fact that everything you do to your car in the shop gets reported to Carfax. You have full access to your Carfax report for the life of your car. Thats pretty amazing considering the cost! I am definitely going to recommend Triple C to all my friends and family with German cars. I look forward to coming back. The shop is usually very busy so I would recommend making an appointment. Good work Chris and team! I always walk out with a smile on. Edit: I got my axle-back exhaust installed yesterday and they did a beautiful job. Now my car sounds like it should have sounded coming from the dealer. As always, they do excellent work!

    Sam Weimer: Thought I needed brakes and tires on my 4 yr old car but they said my brakes were good. Honest and straightforward, they let you know upfront they cant compete with big box prices on tires but we prefer to spend a few extra on tires to support small family business rather than corporations. Prices on oil changes, brakes, other car maintenance/repairs are competitive. Dog friendly store, so bring your dog! One of the owners even does nail trims for $10! Our dog wouldnt let anyone trim her nails until we came here. Leave your car and stroll historic downtown Geneva or, on a crummy day, you can hang out, work on a puzzle, have a cup of coffee, play with one of their Goldens (if you dont like dogs, they keep them crated). Interesting antiques for sale, too!

    Dawn Bohannon: the owner runs a batavia staple. he offers "fair" prices, and reliable service. my car is a classic, and requires special care, which park most certainly provided. i am grateful for the care they took with my vehicle. UPDATE: the clutch was installed roughly, and threw off my transmission/breaking system. they did Not use care, and when i returned at a later date to have a brake light installed, that i had purchased, they had no idea how to do it. my girlfriend and i ended up running a line from the break light (in the cab) to a switch running from my car lighter. it works like a charm. i told them thats how i wanted the brake light installed, (IN THE CAB), but they ended up tearing up the back bed of my truck, and now it flares out. for Nothing. the only thing they were successful at was installing my new clutch recklessly, and tearing up my bed. i will never return to this service station again. RESPONSE: i never asked you to install brake light via cigarette lighter, thats what i HAD to do, since you couldnt figure it out. i have a mechanic stating that the work was rough, and threw off the alignment of my brake/clutch system. iv been driving around with a loose bolt, which made shifting nearly impossible. i had to bury the clutch, just to shift; even then the gears would grind. the main bolt for the clutch wasnt even tightened! i was well on my way to destroying my car. i offered $100 + to do one simple job (run some wire from brake light to..? i wouldnt know, i thought a mechanic would). also, the back end of my truck is still not properly in place, and thankfully i dont have to have Another new clutch installed due your poor installation. please listen when the customer asks/suggests something; if you cant do it, just say so. my car is now, Finally, in proper working order.
