1 /5 Cynthia Newman: If I could give this office zero stars i definitely would. I took my family here for two cleanings and gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time. My mistake. The quality of the cleanliness of the office is pure nasty. Prophy paste is seen all over the chairs. The soap dispenser where the Dr. and assistants are to clean their hands before procedure look like they are growing mold. Not only is the cleanliness of the office horrible, the assistants are not educated when answering basic questions or sit on their phones right in front of you! When Dr. Cho came in for the exam he didn’t remove the tarter from my child’s teeth fully. He walked off mid conversation and left me asking the assistant who wasn’t even in room for exam questions. My second time to office, assistants Joy and Ashley were both polite and took their time with my children. If this is your last resort of a place to go I would only request one of these two assistants to help with your visit. Not to mention if you just sit back and observe you will see the assistants smoking on the side of the building, texting, FaceTiming, talking about other staff members loudly, hanging out in the parking lot, etc.

5 /5 Christina Bergloff: My 5 year old has been to another dentist we started going as soon as her first teeth popped up. The last visit there was traumatizing, so we found a new dentist. Today was the first visit at All family dental and it was wonderful. We got in and out pretty quickly. The assistants took their time and explained each step, first successful x-rays! We tried the x-rays many times before at the previous dentist but it wasnt successful. The dentist was very good today as well. When we got in the car to leave my child said she liked it there and it was kind of fun. I appreciate the wonderful care here. Thank you everyone for making this a positive experience for my girl.

1 /5 Lemeenah Jackson: I would not recommend this place for your dental needs. I was scheduled to have my wisdom tooth pulled and because of how it grew in I was approved to be sedated(unconscious). I arrived at the facility and they were about to start a IV but noticed my nails were done so they wouldnt do the procedure so I rescheduled. Two months later I go back in for the procedure thinking I would be fully unconscious. It was totally different this time. The lady came to me with a paper to read about conscious sedation which she said I would know whats going on but not feel pain in my mouth and if I do theyll give me more numbing. So, Im like ok just wanted the tooth out. So this time they start me with a pill to relax me and was suppose to wait a hour but didnt. Then put some kind of mask on me which was still weak. Then shoot me up in my mouth. I never saw who worked on my mouth because they put a mask over my eyes so I couldnt see. I was saying ouch and moving in chair cause I could feel it all. He just kept on going. When she took mask off my face I had tears in my eyes and had to ask her to wipe them. The Dr that did the extraction sat behind me and said "that wasnt so bad" I replied and said "Huh" as to say oh yes it was. He just left out the room. I never saw his face. So, they give my husband my prescription and wheel me to car. This was the most terrifying experience I have had. I have had conscious sedation before and this was nothing like it, I think they rushed it and didnt let the numbing take effect before starting the procedure. I would not ever Recommend them.

5 /5 Frank Sutherland: I took my son for his wisdom teeth consultation a few months ago and made the appointment for when he had spring break. He was very scared. Dr. Frank Sutherland was his doctor and he was so nice to him. His nurses explained everything and the doctor told him and me what to expect and do. He had all four teeth extracted one of the tooth the doctor said he would leave some of it in because if he took it out my son could maybe have a numb lip because it was close to a nerve. I was a little worried about that but now it’s been almost two weeks and my son hasn’t had any problems. My friends brother is a dentist and when I asked about that part I’d tge tooth still in there he said it’s good he did because that numb lip is a problem and that is what was best. I’m glad we went to an experienced doctor. Thank you Dr. sutherland and nurses for taking care of my boy like that. We are very happy

1 /5 Eric Samano: It was good experience the first few times but today was the worse. My 5 year old Daughter had post nasal drip allergies they actually allowed me to go back with Her today and she was told to raise her hand if needed to cough dentist I forget her name all I know shes the middle eastern dentist there. Any who the dentist kept pushing my Daughters hand down very aggressive when trying to raise her hand until my Daughter panicked tapped the dentists hand because she really needed to cough got her hand shoved down again aggressively and dentist scolded my Daughter as if she was Her parent and I stepped in as any Father would calling out Her unprofessionalism, dentist got an attitude said to me you want to continue yes or no? Was just trying to explain again she has post nasal drip allergies while Im trying to once more explain to dentist shes being short with me cutting me off being passive aggressive not letting me talk interrupting with an attitude I could sense her frustration and negative energy My Daughter was frightened said Daddy please hug me and dentist slammed her tools down with attitude and frustration. Told dentist well just go to another place we wont continue My Daughter said Yes please I wanna go to another place The dentist stormed off stomping away with horrible attitude knowing thats something a teenage girl would do not a grown woman. I dont know if this day in particular the dentist was having a bad day but its still not an excuse to act that way if that was her case because she never did act this way in the past, but she proved to me now that in reality she cant work with children I dont recommend at all God knows how she would have really treated My Daughter if I wasnt back there knowing she actually acted that way while I was present. Too bad you cant give Zero stars Im asking for the general manager to please contact me so I can have a word since manager was not present today. Dont feel comfortable to ever bring My Daughter back to this place its ridiculous that all people get after a bad review is just a simple apology. Proper actions needs to be taken in regards to really bad reviews. Wouldnt surprise me if management tries to cover up, lie etc for their staff and if their staff and dentists lie as well when telling their side of the story to of course cover up for themselves.
