1 /5 Alivia Jasmin: The worst dentist I’ve ever taken my kids to. They’re unprofessional, They have had nasty attitudes, The dentist is ignorant she made accusations and unnecessary comments to me because my daughter needs a lot of dental work done to her genetics on her dads side not because I neglected her oral care. The girls at the desk don’t understand anything you say it’s like talking to a wall and the dentist cancels appointments at the last minute (I know emergencies happen and that is why I was understanding) When we were finally able to get back in for an appointment there was a Ton of construction and car accidents on the interstate so we were running a little behind (We drove from over an hour away) When I called to inform them that we would be a little over 10 minutes late they said they could no longer get us in. You would think that maybe they would have accommodated us for canceling on us last minute the time before (Like I stated above I understand last minute emergencies happen but that’s what happen in our case also) Not to mention they’ve advertised that any appointments after being 15 minutes late may result in having to reschedule, We were under 15 minutes. I would recommend going to “All star dental” in Aurora IL they’re a lot better, The dentist is more educated, More understanding they make accommodations (Especially if you drive from far away) The one dentist there also doesn’t make you feel bad as a parent because your kid needs dental work and actually explains to you that her specific needs is due to genetics and she does as much as possible while we are there Even a few thing’s that were not planned she still squeezed us in because we don’t live close and her assistants are very kind and comforting once again I recommend Aurora not Joliet.
