5 /5 LC: Dr. Ullola and his staff are amazing. We have been seeing him for years and he never disappoints. He is honest and very knowledgeable. He does things that most general dentist dont know how to do. For years my parents have been trying to find a good dentist and when they came with me to see him they fell in love too. Now they travel 300 miles just to see a GREAT dentist. I trust him with my whole familys dental needs. He is truly a medical professional with heart. My dad is so happy with his dentures and the were a fraction of the price compared to other doctors.

5 /5 Goofy Ted: Wow!! Luckily I was told to stop by and get a second opinion at Dr. Ullolas office. He explained everything very clearly so I could understand my options. No surgery, which saved me $4,000 and a great price on my upper and lower partials which saved me another $3,000. The best part is I will be able to use my dentures right away without the surgery. At the first dental place, I was going to have to wait 4-6 months for recovery then another 2 months for deliver of the denture. At Dental Arts Care, I will have a new set of teeth as soon as the lab makes them!! Very nice staff, awesome customer service, I would highly recommend this office to all my friends and family. I went to a different dentist first and they quoted me over $6,000 for dentures and $4,500 for some unneeded surgery that my insurance will not cover. I left scared, confused, and anxious because I could not afford what they planned and was told it was necessary for my health. Dr. Ulloa explained what they planned was not necessary and actually pulling my good teeth and shaving my jaw was a bad idea. Dont go any where else but Dental Arts Care. I am so happy!!

5 /5 Mattie Maple: Amazing and caring staff and dentist. My previous dentist was always pushing braces knowing my insurance doesnt cover them and itd be thousands out of my pocket. The dentist here has NEVER pushed any service on me that I couldnt afford or didnt want and is always very knowledgeable, kind and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend!

Maureen P: I have been seeing Dr. Lapsker for years. He and his staff are always welcoming and make you feel comfortable. He does great work and is honest. I had my kids start seeing him about 6 years after being unhappy with a childrens dentist. He has great rapport with them and they enjoy seeing him. My daughter has had teeth pulled and cavities filled, and he has always made sure she was comfortable and not feeling any pain. I would highly suggest Dr. Lapsker to adults and children alike!

Mayra Reyes: I never leave reviews but this is how bad my experience was! DO NOT COME HERE! Unless your willing to get work done the wrong way and then have to go to a different dentist to fix their problems(at your own cost) because they refuse to help! Had a root canal with Dr. Khan had a not so great experience with her. She did the service it was bothering me went back all she can say it looks good but if it keeps bothering you make an endodontist if it stops then dont worry about it. Well the pain stopped and I didnt think to much of it. Fast forward some time I had a different dental emergency and their office was closed so I decided to go to a different dentist to take care of the dental emergency. At this time I was informed that my root canal crown was not placed right & their is an infection and should be replaced by the original person who did it. The 2nd dentist also told me a second different crown was not placed right wither and needs to be replaced as well. Went to the office a day dr khan was not their and they gave me a referral for Endo. Well endo tells me it needs to be retreated as there a a HUGE infection and an absses. I right away make the appointment to get root canal redone. When it was being redone the endo dr informs me that the original root canal was not done appropriately "one of the canals was not cleaned and the crown was placed wrong and needs to be redone" I call advance dental about this of course they ask for records from Endo. It was provided. Then get a call that they cant do nothing about it because I was referred to endo previously and its been to long. When they told me to go to endo they also said "if it keeps bothering you" so it didnt bother me and this infection was found by a different provider. The fact that they werent bothering me and this was accidentally found by a different provider. The different provider didnt even want to do the work they said go back to your original doctor who did them! That was a sign of good faith that they were not looking for money. They were actually concerned the work wasnt done appropriately. But advance dental keeps refusing to do anything "as every dentist has a different opinion" well yes they do but being told by a different dentist and a endo specialist that it was done wrong is 2 against one and yet they keep making all sorts of excuses on how they didnt do anything wrong. Now I get it not everyone is perfect, if they would have taken a different approach like sorry it was placed wrong let me fix it. But no they are playing the card that they didnt do anything wrong. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES!

Dr.Nanavati and his staff was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. Dr. Nanavati explained the procedure clearly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and worked with a gentle touch. What I expected to be a stressful, painful experience turned out to be smooth and surprisingly painless. I felt well taken care of and appreciated the follow-up care instructions, too. Highly recommend this office if youre in need of any dental work—especially something as intimidating as a root canal. Thank you for making a not-so-fun procedure feel easy and manageable!

I started going here after I made the mistake of putting off the dentist for way too long out of fear. Not only did they help me feel more at peace with situations, but they whole heartedly helped me in so many ways. Dr. Smith is amazing. He is very patient and caring. Every single assistant I have ever experienced has been absolutely wonderful. I appreciate all of them. Kristen is such a sweetheart. The 2 women at the front desk, Tammy and Jeanne, are always so helpful and truly great to talk to when youre there. I have never had a bad experience there. From cleanings, to cavities, a root canal and crowns. I appreciate you guys so much. Highly HIGHLY recommend. Theyre also incredibly flexible. If you happen to be in pain, they go out of their way to make time to help you. Im very grateful I happened to be so lucky to find this place.

Shana Schell: Like others have said 1 star is more then they deserve... I got my wisdom teeth pulled over 2 months ago. While I was there they acted like they did an X-ray (that I had to pay for out of pocket) because they said they never got the X-rays from my dentist who scheduled my appointment for me, whatever. But I have yet to see a claim through my insurance. I called a month ago they said they sent the claim to the wrong Delta Dental of Illinois and that is was sent off to the right one... Here we are another month out and still no claim. Im beyond livid as I had to pay cash for the entire procedure. About 1000$ they said my insurance wouldnt cover. I pay cash for my insurance and find that hard to believe as well. So I will be calling every hour today until I get answers.

We had horrible experience before and avoided the dentist due to previous dental trauma. They are always on time with appointments!! Between my girls and I, weve had about 8 appointments. Always on time and they talk you through everything theyre doing. Highly highly recommend this office! 10 stars!

I have had no issues with Dentistry & I certainly have no pain when I depart the office & some say well after 7-8 hrs of numbness you will start to have pain. I have been Blessed with an awesome Dentist & would not go to anyone else. ~~Again you visit id different from mine... But, I have had, fills, extractions, & root canals & if any of the issues cause pain prior to the visit, I left without pain & all issues resolved. Again sorry to hear your story & Best of Luck with your Dental issues in the future. Im staying with Dr. Smith.
