1 /5 Mayra Reyes: I never leave reviews but this is how bad my experience was! DO NOT COME HERE! Unless your willing to get work done the wrong way and then have to go to a different dentist to fix their problems(at your own cost) because they refuse to help! Had a root canal with Dr. Khan had a not so great experience with her. She did the service it was bothering me went back all she can say it looks good but if it keeps bothering you make an endodontist if it stops then dont worry about it. Well the pain stopped and I didnt think to much of it. Fast forward some time I had a different dental emergency and their office was closed so I decided to go to a different dentist to take care of the dental emergency. At this time I was informed that my root canal crown was not placed right & their is an infection and should be replaced by the original person who did it. The 2nd dentist also told me a second different crown was not placed right wither and needs to be replaced as well. Went to the office a day dr khan was not their and they gave me a referral for Endo. Well endo tells me it needs to be retreated as there a a HUGE infection and an absses. I right away make the appointment to get root canal redone. When it was being redone the endo dr informs me that the original root canal was not done appropriately "one of the canals was not cleaned and the crown was placed wrong and needs to be redone" I call advance dental about this of course they ask for records from Endo. It was provided. Then get a call that they cant do nothing about it because I was referred to endo previously and its been to long. When they told me to go to endo they also said "if it keeps bothering you" so it didnt bother me and this infection was found by a different provider. The fact that they werent bothering me and this was accidentally found by a different provider. The different provider didnt even want to do the work they said go back to your original doctor who did them! That was a sign of good faith that they were not looking for money. They were actually concerned the work wasnt done appropriately. But advance dental keeps refusing to do anything "as every dentist has a different opinion" well yes they do but being told by a different dentist and a endo specialist that it was done wrong is 2 against one and yet they keep making all sorts of excuses on how they didnt do anything wrong. Now I get it not everyone is perfect, if they would have taken a different approach like sorry it was placed wrong let me fix it. But no they are playing the card that they didnt do anything wrong. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES!

5 /5 McKena Dannenberg: Everyone was very friendly, my wait was not long in the waiting room, the hygienist explained everything to me so well I was shocked I’ve been going to the dentist twice a year since I was a small child and no one has ever explained what each step was in such depth! She was also one of the most gentle handed I’ve experienced! They were very upfront about prices and had me sign a treatment plan with the total price before doing anything and honestly the price was not bad at all after insurance! My fiancé needs to find a dentist in the area and I definitely am recommending him to here.

5 /5 Jayson Turrentine: Paige did a great job helping me understand the steps I should take to make sure I keep my teeth in the best shape. Sami polished my teeth and now they sparkle like diamonds and Dr Patel did the final check giving me a clean bill of health. I’ve been here four or five times now and I’ve always been treated the best. Thanks for all you do!
