5 /5 Michelley and Fam: I went to Dr. Morimoto years ago and had a great experience. I recently saw him again, and was so thankful I did, as my extraction was more of a challenge this time. Dr. Morimotos knowledge and expertise along with his calm, reassuring manner made me feel so at ease. He talked me through the entire procedure. I have healed so fast and feel so much better thanks to him. He called the next day to check on me. The staff was very kind and friendly. I recommend Dr. Morimoto to everyone. He has to be one of the best in his field. Im so grateful he was able to see me so quickly. Beyond thankful he was able to help me feel better so fast.

5 /5 Jina Yu: I was pretty nervous to get my three wisdom teeth taken out today but Dr. Morimoto did an amazing job in minimizing my anxiety. Not only did Dr. Morimoto walk me through the process during the treatment, he also kept checking up on me to see that I was doing fine. Hes an amazing doctor and i would highly recommend him especially if you have dental anxiety like me.

1 /5 Kristin Kirby: My own personal experience years ago was fantastic and my whole family had been taken care of by Dr Morimoto throughout the years. Called for a consultation only for my son and no matter what the answer was to any question, the lady who answered the phone found every reason to not want to make an appointment. If Dr doesn’t want new patients, he should just instruct them to say he’s not accepting new patients instead of making it a ridiculous conversation with the receptionist. She wasn’t rude or anything, completely unhelpful though. Never have had any issues making appointments like this and it’s sad because he’s a great Dr. and I would feel extremely comfortable having him taking care of my son.

5 /5 Judy Koerner: My son had to have chains put on his teeth to be pulled down and he had all four wisdom teeth pulled with no problems. Dr Morimoto did a wonderful job with no bruising either. Very personal too.

Anyone that I have dealt with by phone and face to face is always attentive, pleasant and cause me to smile. On my last visit, besides Tracy there was a blonde girl by Tracy and again she was as Tracy was and a pleasure to talk with but I forgot her name, I do apologize for that because she was also so personable and she needs a shout out too. Now I saw Isaiah for my 3 month cleaning, he was a new hygienist as he just started there I believe in July 2024, and he was , knowledgeable, friendly, personable and my cleaning was great! Any questions I had regarding my teeth and up coming services he knew about because he read my chart which was great! And I scheduled my next cleaning with him! My appointment was extremely timely and I walked out of there saying this was too easy Peary whats wrong as Tracy and Blondie(lol) not her real name, laughed with me as I left. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. I have dealt with them for a few years and I am not going anywhere else for my dental needs.

I read a lot of poor reviews about the desk staff, but I’ve only had good experiences. Yes at times they may be short with an answer when busy tackling other tasks, but never rude. The first time they won me over is when I couldn’t afford a root canal they gave me a great reference to an affordable orthodontist who did a fantastic job! The second time was just yesterday. I have been having some nerve pain in one of my back molars and the staff was able to get me in right away to see Dr. Raunak Patel. It was my first experience with him and I’ll be pushing to see him from here on out. He was super attentive, really listened to what was bothering me and offered reasonable solutions on how to fix my tooth pain. Then immediately took action! Same day, seen, heard and fixed! Today my tooth feels great and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

The doctor showed me x-rays and explained everything. His entire staff is incredibly patient and kind. However the reason why I would never come back to this office its because of the 2 very rude and unprofessional front the office ladyes I dont know where he heard them from but he needs to find someone else. Not only are they rude but theyre very incompetent. And have a nerve to have an attitude with you and theyre getting the information wrong billing my insurance wrong.
