1 /5 Jill: We have been going to Troy Dental for several years and the service has dramatically declined. I set up an appointment 3 weeks before and when I got to my appointment, Troy told me it was impossible for me to be given any because there was no dentist that day. This happened 3 months ago. Last week, I set up an appointment for my son for 10 am today and when my son went to the clinic at 9:55 am, the lights were off, and he got a text saying his time was moved to 11:30 am because thats when the dentist will be there. Will not be going back. Also, I had my implant done and until now I still have not been seen since then so my tooth with the implant is still open without a crown. No one has reached out to me and when I do, they would say it is because my insurance is not yet cleared. I instructed them to conference me in when they call the insurance, and they have not done so. When I called back, they said it is being handled by one of their staff and that staff is always not available to talk. I must say though, the dentists they have are excellent. It is really the front desk and how the clinic is managed, which of course is not controlled by the dentists, but by management.
