Dr. Awadallah gave me a pain free experience that I haven’t really experienced with other dentist. 10/10 will recommend this place to anyone who is having tooth problems or just going in for a routine check up.
    Endodontic & Periodontic Associates, Ltd. - Joliet Dan: I’ve been seen by two different endodontist’s over the years and by far, Endodontic & Periodontic of Joliet is excellent. Over 10 years ago, I had a root canal done by them and most recently I had a tooth pulled and an implant done. Both times, they took the time to explain to me what they were going to do and I didn’t feel like they were rushing to get me in and out like the other endodontist. They treat you like a person not just a cash cow.

Dr. Jabri would tell jokes to ease my discomfort and explain the process throughly so I understand whats happening. I highly recommend this clinic!!

The doctor and team were amazing to my mother and were not rushing the procedures. My mom had anxiety with dentists and dentist offices but after the visits she got over her fear and was not scared to go back. 10/10 for our experience in this office and the treatment we had received!

Checks your x-rays to make sure you dont have anything he sees to bring on any new possible problems. If you are looking for a great Dentist you must try Dr. Otto. Hes located at Brookforest Dental. He is the very best!!! He is interested in his patients. He goes above, and Beyond. Thank You Dr. Otto and his staff!!!

    Robert D Arnold, DMD - Marion R Susman: I was told I would get a permanent crown and he put on a temporary crown. He claimed was permanent, which is not true. Two dentists have warned me this crown will eventually result in decay, loss of tooth and even damage to the tooth next to it. I am going to another dentist to have it removed and replaced with a permanent crown. Unfortunately I have to sue him to have my money returned. This is very unprofessional and unethical on his part. We all trust dentists.

    Aspen Dental - Marion, IL - Marion beth fletcher: HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. My elderly (87yo) mother went to them to check on a tooth. They extracted it and told her the bill was $180. She then received another bill for $29.00 almost two weeks later. When I went into the office and questioned why she got charged an additional amount after she was told the $180 (no insurance involved...she paid with a check) the "supervisor" got HATEFUL because I questioned it! If they were waiting on insurance that would have been understandable but this was a cash service for her. When I called Customer Service they blew it off stating she signed the responsibility form and that I should refer to that. She would have paid the amount at the time if it were different. I think they forgot to add a charge that day.....and that is on them! You cant tell a cash paying customer one amount for the day and then bill for an additional amount later....that is just wrong! Its not the money, it is the principle of the matter now. What keeps them from just repeatedly billing for more and more in the future?! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES AT ALL! The facility is nasty, the staff is terrible and customer service does nothing. Doesnt even deserve one star!!
