1 /5 beth fletcher: HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. My elderly (87yo) mother went to them to check on a tooth. They extracted it and told her the bill was $180. She then received another bill for $29.00 almost two weeks later. When I went into the office and questioned why she got charged an additional amount after she was told the $180 (no insurance involved...she paid with a check) the "supervisor" got HATEFUL because I questioned it! If they were waiting on insurance that would have been understandable but this was a cash service for her. When I called Customer Service they blew it off stating she signed the responsibility form and that I should refer to that. She would have paid the amount at the time if it were different. I think they forgot to add a charge that day.....and that is on them! You cant tell a cash paying customer one amount for the day and then bill for an additional amount later....that is just wrong! Its not the money, it is the principle of the matter now. What keeps them from just repeatedly billing for more and more in the future?! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES AT ALL! The facility is nasty, the staff is terrible and customer service does nothing. Doesnt even deserve one star!!
