1 /5 Edward Jackson: I just wanted to share my experience with Marion Dental and Dentures. Over the past few months, I’ve unfortunately missed three appointments. On two occasions, I called ahead to let them know I wouldn’t be able to make it, but on the third, I ended up in the hospital with pneumonia and couldn’t make a call.
What’s been most frustrating is that, instead of showing any understanding, they’d rather charge me a $50 fee than offer any help or empathy. I’m in a lot of pain right now, and instead of offering a solution or working with me, they’ve chosen to prioritize the fee.
I’m really disappointed by how this situation has been handled, and as a result, I’ll no longer be a customer. It’s hard to find the right healthcare providers, but this experience has been a reminder that compassion should come first.
