I needed some wisdom teeth extracted quickly that I had put off for years because of the cost of an oral surgeon and I didnt want the kind of anesthesia that oral surgeons use. Marion Dentures and Dental got me in quickly. I thought it would probably just be a consult and it would be scheduled later. Nope, they had the X-rays done, numbed me up with local anesthesia and boom, 4 teeth extracted that day.

The assistant, Ciara, was fantastic and made me feel comfortable and welcome, as I have always had a fear of the dentist and she was patient and understanding. The doctor was friendly, professional, and took time to answer all of my questions. They explained the treatment options thoroughly, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

The front office staff are extremely professional, and the dental assistant and hygienist are wonderful. Dr C has always taken the time to make sure I am informed and feeling comfortable before, during, and after dental work. I have never been comfortable at a dentist office before, and I am very happy to say that is not the case anymore. I highly recommend!

1 /5 Edward Jackson: I just wanted to share my experience with Marion Dental and Dentures. Over the past few months, I’ve unfortunately missed three appointments. On two occasions, I called ahead to let them know I wouldn’t be able to make it, but on the third, I ended up in the hospital with pneumonia and couldn’t make a call. What’s been most frustrating is that, instead of showing any understanding, they’d rather charge me a $50 fee than offer any help or empathy. I’m in a lot of pain right now, and instead of offering a solution or working with me, they’ve chosen to prioritize the fee. I’m really disappointed by how this situation has been handled, and as a result, I’ll no longer be a customer. It’s hard to find the right healthcare providers, but this experience has been a reminder that compassion should come first.

5 /5 Missi Shirey: I needed 2 teeth extracted immediately they got me in quick. He did a great job without causing pain. Everyone was so nice and friendly. If they only had financing available then they would be perfect! It’s the only thing preventing me from getting the dentures from here. But they are as close to it you can get and I would recommend them to everyone.

aspen dental, Dr Dan Rangitsch PC - Marion Don Johnson: I have to say the care I received was good. That being said, I will no longer use this dentist because of the billing practices. I was given a "Treatment Summary Plan" (that is what is written on the paper) and paid $30 for what I thought was my initial exam. I paid them an addition $817 for m subsequent two visits. this is what I was told my charges would be. To my surprise I received a bill in the mail for an additional $85 dollars. I tried to call twisct to contest the bill. I have found charges for services I did not receive ( i.e.D9630 Desensitizing Medication) the the following month I received another bill for $102 and I have not even been back. When I talked to the "billing" person at the office my observations concerning the charges I was told that they charge what the hygienist says. I asked about the Summary plan and she said that was just an estimate... I was not told that in the beginning. I was told that is what it will cost. Nowhere on the paper does the word estimate come up. That was it ... pay me... so I cancelled my future appointment and will be sending my bill to the attorney general to investigate. It I was smart I would have checked out the BBB prior to making an appointment. It seems billing problems are the norm. Find someone else to take can of you

Dental Care for Kids - Marion Leigh Thompson: Will not be returning there. They do nothing but make you feel bad and are extremely rude. I take taken my kids to the dentist since they were 2 for all their routine appointments. I was referred here by our dentist to examine a dark spot our dentist (who isnt a pediatric dentist) saw between our daughters teeth. It was the second time we had to have it examined and its been something they were keeping an eye on. The previous pediateic dentist who we had seen became out of network said it was the way her teeth have formed but to keep an eye on it. When we got there, they were shocked to hear I had ever taken my kids to the dentist as they said my daughters teeth were awful. They gave me looks and made comments about it the entire time. They quoted me some 1000+ in dental care. I cried on the way home not to mention my daughter who then became very self conscious about her teeth and was extremely upset. She was 6. But I took her because I dont want her to have pain or any issues. I switched to them full time thinking our current dentist was the problem and have continued to take her and my other 2 kids there even though its over an hour drive one way. Called this morning to cancel and reschedule my kids appointment and their front counter lady... was so incredibly rude and judgmental that I told her to keep her judgments and attitude and that would be taking our business elsewhere. Never again am I going to do any sort of buisness with them and highly suggest you dont either.

I was very nervous about getting a crown put on my tooth today, but walking through the door and seeing his receptionist/dental assistant, Cheri, instantly made me feel at ease. She’s always smiling and a delight to talk to! Getting a crown was a breeze and pain free! They are also great with kids. My daughter was terrified to go to the dentist and after having her teeth cleaned by Nicole, she now looks forward to and even gets excited about her dentist appointments. Dr Loughran and his entire staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and take the time to explain procedures and answer questions. If you need a dentist, this is the place to go.

Weekend Dental - Herrin Amie Jo Mason: I highly recommend! All the staff were so friendly and took amazing care of me.
