Ma Bo: When you expect care from a company that takes an oath to do just that for people and get the opposite, it makes you wonder. If you are late by any means or miss one appointment you will be called and scolded. Time is money, but people are human. I was shocked. I expected maybe a text explaining my absence as I had confirmed the time of the appointment when made 8 months ago and couldve used benefits anywhere else all year, I got a horrific phone call. If youre having a bad day, do not take it out on patients. We come all the time 10 to 15 mins early and then arent seen on time. If we arrive barely late we are dismissed and looked at as a notorious insult. Kara will make you feel small at the front desk as they are overbooked and or double book. They will put your appointment in and push you back for months making sure you go to another dentist. I will be filing with whatever board I need to in order to make sure this doesnt happen to someone else. People need to be seen and if something negatively happens, you shouldnt speak to someone like they are a child or that you are better than them. Empathize and give them options. I didnt feel any of that from Dr. Lieske and his staff consistently.
Leigh Thompson: Will not be returning there. They do nothing but make you feel bad and are extremely rude. I take taken my kids to the dentist since they were 2 for all their routine appointments. I was referred here by our dentist to examine a dark spot our dentist (who isnt a pediatric dentist) saw between our daughters teeth. It was the second time we had to have it examined and its been something they were keeping an eye on. The previous pediateic dentist who we had seen became out of network said it was the way her teeth have formed but to keep an eye on it. When we got there, they were shocked to hear I had ever taken my kids to the dentist as they said my daughters teeth were awful. They gave me looks and made comments about it the entire time. They quoted me some 1000+ in dental care. I cried on the way home not to mention my daughter who then became very self conscious about her teeth and was extremely upset. She was 6. But I took her because I dont want her to have pain or any issues. I switched to them full time thinking our current dentist was the problem and have continued to take her and my other 2 kids there even though its over an hour drive one way.
Called this morning to cancel and reschedule my kids appointment and their front counter lady... was so incredibly rude and judgmental that I told her to keep her judgments and attitude and that would be taking our business elsewhere. Never again am I going to do any sort of buisness with them and highly suggest you dont either.
Christina Skiles: I highly recommend. Payment plans available. Happy smile equals happy life.. my granddaughters teeth are perfect. The workers are so kind. The building is very clean and open. They made sure she was happy with her new smile
