Today he even took the opportunity to teach in a different subject matter; providing encouragement, motivation, and inspiration regarding life to my son. Dr. Leiske sets the bar high and our family is very thankful for him and his staff!

Maria Rader Wish I could give zero stars... Dental Safari came to my daughters elementary school in the fall of 2024. We signed her up and paid $75 up front because we concerns regarding severe hot/cold sensitivity, a potential cavity in a molar, and discoloration on her emerged adult teeth. All of these concerns I brought up in the form prior to the dentist seeing her, however all I got back was a general form stating they didnt see anything of concern.... So I emailed asking for further explanation on the concerns I had asked to be addressed, but I NEVER heard anything back. We did take her to an actual pediatric dentist a couple months later due to her sensitivity issues and cavity concern. Not only did she have a VERY deep cavity but she was also was diagnosed with Enamel Hypoplasia (a genetic condition that explained the discoloration on her adult teeth and the sensitivity). Both of these things were concerns I had specifically had asked Dental Safari to respond to and were present at the time they saw her at school. They completely ignored my request for further explanation of their exam and missed two very big dental issues they should have addressed during that time. All in all Dental Safari is NOTHING MORE than a glorified cleaning at best. I would NEVER recommend anyone to have their child go to them. My piece of advice to parents looking to have their child visit Dental Safari is to just save up the money to go to an actual dental office.

Taylor Westfall Terrified my daughter of the dentist and then marked on the school visit form that she had poor oral hygiene and multiple cavities and needed several fillings that they then offered. Except when I took her to a regular dentist, they state her teeth are perfectly healthy. Sketchy at best

Don Johnson I have to say the care I received was good. That being said, I will no longer use this dentist because of the billing practices. I was given a "Treatment Summary Plan" (that is what is written on the paper) and paid $30 for what I thought was my initial exam. I paid them an addition $817 for m subsequent two visits. this is what I was told my charges would be. To my surprise I received a bill in the mail for an additional $85 dollars. I tried to call twisct to contest the bill. I have found charges for services I did not receive ( i.e.D9630 Desensitizing Medication) the the following month I received another bill for $102 and I have not even been back. When I talked to the "billing" person at the office my observations concerning the charges I was told that they charge what the hygienist says. I asked about the Summary plan and she said that was just an estimate... I was not told that in the beginning. I was told that is what it will cost. Nowhere on the paper does the word estimate come up. That was it ... pay me... so I cancelled my future appointment and will be sending my bill to the attorney general to investigate. It I was smart I would have checked out the BBB prior to making an appointment. It seems billing problems are the norm. Find someone else to take can of you

Ross Sullivan Shop around!!! Dr John was our family dentist for over 10 years. He is a very friendly man. Staff is very friendly. Dental hygienist do a good job. My mom chose Dr because he was suppose to be good although he is very pricy. First issue I had was I chipped my tooth. Dr John tried to fixed it and multiple times it continually re chipped. Not a big issue. When he was done the color did not match my tooth and it was not proportional. It did not look professional. I have since had the chip repaired in Carbondale and they fixed it no issue. Second issue is when I was in fifth grade two of my front teeth where not straight. My mom and I asked asked him what was wrong he said I would grow into it. Then in 7th grade we re mention my teeth. he said I had a lot of growing to do. Then my sophomore year we ask again and he says . "Look like you need to see the orthodontist". I had to go threw my Jr. and senior year of high school with braces when all my classmates had them in middle school. I do not understand why he did not recommend me to a orthodontist earlier when we mention it. They are not his competitor. His ego must have blocked him from hearing his uneducated patient? Dr John did not listen to us. Our family is no longer giving him our business.

Rebecca Borowitz Dr. Young is very friendly. She is very upbeat and makes having braces a pleasant experience for my daughter. She takes time with each patient. It doesnt feel like your just a number.
