1 /5 Ross Sullivan: Shop around!!! Dr John was our family dentist for over 10 years. He is a very friendly man. Staff is very friendly. Dental hygienist do a good job. My mom chose Dr because he was suppose to be good although he is very pricy. First issue I had was I chipped my tooth. Dr John tried to fixed it and multiple times it continually re chipped. Not a big issue. When he was done the color did not match my tooth and it was not proportional. It did not look professional. I have since had the chip repaired in Carbondale and they fixed it no issue. Second issue is when I was in fifth grade two of my front teeth where not straight. My mom and I asked asked him what was wrong he said I would grow into it. Then in 7th grade we re mention my teeth. he said I had a lot of growing to do. Then my sophomore year we ask again and he says . "Look like you need to see the orthodontist". I had to go threw my Jr. and senior year of high school with braces when all my classmates had them in middle school. I do not understand why he did not recommend me to a orthodontist earlier when we mention it. They are not his competitor. His ego must have blocked him from hearing his uneducated patient? Dr John did not listen to us. Our family is no longer giving him our business.
