5 /5 Ashlie Robinson: This was my first time in ana nails, Ive been getting my nails done since i was 14, im now 35, and out of all the years and places Ive tried, this place is absolutely hands down my favorite place to go! Alex was my tech this time, he was amazing! They listen to what you want, they care and they are just straight up amazing nail artists! I showed him what I wanted, he found the perfect colors and did them better than I imagined! Ive never had my nails done as well as he did mine today. And they make sure your hands are lotioned and pretty afterwards! Which ive never had with a regular full set anywhere. I am now a regular customer and would 11/10 recommend Ana nails!!!

5 /5 Emily Standley: Alex at Ana Nail is great! He is efficient, communicative, and a perfectionist, so my nails turn out exactly as I imagine them every single time! If you show him an inspiration photo, your nails will turn out better than the reference photo. Its also really nice that you can schedule your appt on their website. I highly recommend Alex and the entire team at Ana for anyone looking for top-notch service and beautiful nails.

5 /5 Tiffany Mathis Posey: OMG, I had the BEST customer service experience on Sunday. I was a walk-in and wanted to try a new place , so I stopped into Ana. Alex was my nail tech and he was AMAZING. I literally got exactly what I asked for. He took his time with my nails, made sure I was happy with the shape and look of my nails and he definitely paid attention to detail. He was pleasant and very kind. I then had a pedicure by a different staff member and it was equally great. It was so quiet and peaceful in the nail salon, you can tell they care about everyone being comfortable. I WILL be going back.

Ruby Nail - Springfield Heather Van Pelt: The place closes at 6 on Sundays. I got there about 4:15 for a full set and they were more than happy to accommodate me. Every employee in the building was pleasant and had a smile on their face. I was having a little trouble understanding my nail tech, Alex, but they didnt make me feel like an A-hole about it. Ive never really frequented a nail salon because I always feel like theyre rushing and not really paying attention to the quality of their work. But Alex did a wonderful job! I could see him checking each nail for uniformity and imperfections. I never get any designs or extras on my nails because I work in the service industry so I easily notice things I dont like. I only noticed one tiny issue, told him, and he made it perfect. We were finished about 5:40 and I appreciate every second he spent on my nails!! On a side note they had a few people come in for services at 5:30 and welcomed them in happily!! The tech next to me was also so friendly with her client and just genuinely sweet! Very impressed with this salon!

B Nail & Spa - Springfield Alyssa Jones: Went in wanting dip and the guy that did my nail said acrylic will look better. So I got acrylic and the tips of some nails are thick some have little parts that need filed down.

Q Nails & Spa - Springfield Jennifer Sinclair: I started going to q nail over 15 years ago and would never let anyone else do my eyebrows. She is the best. Also great nails and pedicures.

Happy Nail & Spa - Springfield Sarah Lane: There has not been one design Ive wanted they could not do. Sometimes it might take 3 workers( one puts on tips gets you ready for acrylic, next one does acrylic, other does design) to make sure you get the best but I dont mind because my nails last longer than other salons.

Galaxy Nail Bar - Springfield Sicely Kluge: I will not go back. The guy running the show seems overly controlling, to the point someone should be monitoring that place. He would not allow the technician to do artwork on my daughters toes. He seemed to watch everyone so closely and it was uncomfortable. The place was too busy even though I scheduled our appointment. The technicians were sweet though and I felt bad for them. UPDATE: the guy also instructed the technician to “just paint over it” suggesting to paint over the dip. The pictures below is my nails just 2 days after. I never get my nails done and I rarely write review but I know this was not usual or okay! Everything was so chaotic plus having my 4 year old, it was hard to speak up and I wanted to keep it a positive experience for her. However the day after, 4 of her nail were completely rubbed off as well. I will not be calling back, will not be going back, nor recommend this place.

Nail Bar 66 - Springfield Ashley Webb: Awful experience every time I go here. I had a basic pedicure that felt rushed and was very poorly done. My big toe nails were cut in the corners at odd angles. The woman doing my pedicure cut my toe below my nail with the file and put nail glue on it.

Westside Nails - Springfield John Dundon: Went for a basic pedicure with the wife today and the prices were so good we decided to go with the herbal option which was the most expensive at only $65. I couldnt be happier about the whole experience. Its been about 10 years now that Ive been getting pedicures fairly regularly and this was by far the best my feet have felt. I honestly couldnt believe it was so cheap either as the other could places weve been to were $80-$100, or more, for the best option. I also feel like the owners were so nice and friendly that I have to spend a few words on them. Felt much more comfortable than any place weve been to before. As a man Ive always felt out of place in a nail salon but that really didnt apply here at all.

Peachy Nails - Springfield Claire B.: Enjoy getting my nails done here. Ive never had to wait. Theyve always been high quality. The guy that has done my fill the past 2 times has been super friendly and great conversation. I also think their remodel inside is very nice. If you havent been in since they switched management, you most definitely should.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, clean, and relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure we were comfortable the entire time. The pedicures were top-notch—thorough, refreshing, and so relaxing. The massage chairs were a great touch, and the attention to detail was impressive. Our feet feel brand new! My wife and I both agreed this was one of the best spa experiences we’ve had. If you’re looking for a place that offers excellent service, a calming environment, and an all-around luxurious experience, this is it. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
