The guy that has done my fill the past 2 times has been super friendly and great conversation. I also think their remodel inside is very nice. If you havent been in since they switched management, you most definitely should.

1 /5 Erica Hill: I went in for the second time to see Mia, she came highly recommended which is why I was surprised by her attitude and unprofessionalism. I came in and washed my hands even though I wasn’t instructed to (my usual nail tech has her clients wash their hands before every service) I sat down for my fill and i had a dark brown color on my nails which she didn’t completely drill off before applying my acrylic. When i asked about it she told me it was my dirty nails. It was so obvious that it was the brown color that she didn’t take off and proceeded to lay acrylic over. Unprofessional, lazy and rude. She couldn’t own up to the fact that she made a mistake and decided to be rude. It was uncalled for and unnecessary.

Polish Nail Spa LLC - Springfield Laura Briggs: Great experience here. Book in advance online since they are so busy you’ll need to. The inside atmosphere is great and feels very luxurious. Been coming here for years to see Louis for dip nails and pedicures, his work is excellent!! whole team is so kind and friendly.

Beauty Nail & Spa - Springfield Kirby Londrigan: Van is the only person I ever have do my nails, she is the ABSOLUTE best! I’ve been coming to her and this nail salon for the last 3 years and it is amazing!! Very clean, friendly staff, good prices and it is always easy to get in quickly. I couldn’t recommend this place more and ask for Van, she’s great! My nails always turn out perfectly and last for weeks❤️

My husband and son even come with me for pedicures! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Always clean. I recommend to everyone!

T C Nail Salon Ltd - Springfield Emma: This was my first time ever getting my nails done at a salon and it was wonderful! I called ahead to make sure there was a spot for me. It was very clean and organized. People were friendly. I didn’t get his name, but the male nail artist there was amazing. He did exactly what I wanted. I showed him an image and he delivered! He did all the same details of the image. Very precise work. I will be coming here again!

B-Won Nail Spa - Springfield adrienne dodge: This place is horrible. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I paid $75 for 2 sets between a friend and myself, and they literally rushed towards the end. Failing to put top coat on at least 4 fingers causing them to chip earlier than normal. I had one nail fall off in my SLEEP, another nail the acrylic French tip started peeling, and on another the artwork rubbed off- went back, mind you less than 1 week and paid TEN $ for repairs which did NOT even last 12 hrs. Literally did nothing except pump gas, and I had a nail snap in half. This place is horrible. HORRIBLEE. I don’t even know how to apply acrylics and I could probably put on a set that lasts longer than this. This store doesn’t even know what an apex is based on how they apply acrylics. Do not spend a dime here- it will be an absolute waste if you do.

Pink & White Nails & Spa - Springfield Kat Feliz: I always come here and schedule my appointments with Vincent. He always does an amazing job and does whatever design or color I ask for. My nails always last me 3+ weeks. Price are always the same and I’ve never had any issues. I would recommend always making an appointment if you plan to come here because they’re usually very busy.

Swan Nails - Springfield Mila Kae: Did not do what I asked, I’ve been here multiple times and never had issues until yesterday. I have acrylic overlay on ALL my toes and when I got a color change one needed replaced and they ignored me when I asked so it looks dumb. My nails on my hands were shaped POORLY as well not how I showed them at all. The pic I showed was for the SHAPE reference not color so keep in mind. Paid $75 for nails I did not like and if I’m paying you to do my nails you better damn sure do them correct!

Star Nails - Springfield Stacey Chapman: This is the best place in town its a husband and wife that run the place and it is the only place I will go to get my pedicure and my wax. The wife is the best at waxing she does excellent job! If theyre too busy and cant get me in I will wait because I will not go to anyone else.
