5 /5 Kirby Londrigan: Van is the only person I ever have do my nails, she is the ABSOLUTE best! I’ve been coming to her and this nail salon for the last 3 years and it is amazing!! Very clean, friendly staff, good prices and it is always easy to get in quickly. I couldn’t recommend this place more and ask for Van, she’s great! My nails always turn out perfectly and last for weeks❤️

1 /5 J T: An hour and a half and $50 later this is the result. I was so embarrassed when I had to ask for a refund. They said only if they removed them could I receive a full refund. I didn’t have time to spend another 30 minutes taking them off. I received half of my money back and will never be back. It literally looks like a child did these…if you cannot give a professional manicure or apply acrylics please do not offer your services.

2 /5 Demitria Gekas: I decided to come here on a Sunday to treat myself with a gel pedicure and manicure. My nail tech, Anna, seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing when it came to cutting my cuticles on my toes. She was extremely slow and made me scream out twice due to the pain. The owner who seemed to be at the desk most of the time, yelled at her to be more careful. Anna gave a very relaxing massage on my legs and feet. The stones were extremely hot and I had to tell her twice they were too hot, which she fixed with cooling water. However, they did have the OPI gel colors available, which is extremely hard to find in salons.

2 /5 Katy Nightingale: This was a very disappointing manicure. I dont get them often and was really looking forward to the hand massage and cuticle trim. Unfortunately, those were the 2 things the manicurist didnt do well. The massage was treated as an afterthought while he daydreamed and stared out the window. He appeared to have little knowledge on the use of cuticle trimmers, making random snips into the dead flesh around the nail bed and not actually trimming. Theyre more rough now than before I went in. He did a great job on the polish application. Though, I was surreptitiously up charged for the type of polish used. He motioned to a very specific set of colors when he told me to choose my color and I, not knowing better, picked one off a card instead of a bottle from the wall next to me and ended up paying double for a color thats going to stay on my nails longer than I want it to.

B-Won Nail Spa - Springfield adrienne dodge: This place is horrible. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I paid $75 for 2 sets between a friend and myself, and they literally rushed towards the end. Failing to put top coat on at least 4 fingers causing them to chip earlier than normal. I had one nail fall off in my SLEEP, another nail the acrylic French tip started peeling, and on another the artwork rubbed off- went back, mind you less than 1 week and paid TEN $ for repairs which did NOT even last 12 hrs. Literally did nothing except pump gas, and I had a nail snap in half. This place is horrible. HORRIBLEE. I don’t even know how to apply acrylics and I could probably put on a set that lasts longer than this. This store doesn’t even know what an apex is based on how they apply acrylics. Do not spend a dime here- it will be an absolute waste if you do.

Pink & White Nails & Spa - Springfield Kat Feliz: I always come here and schedule my appointments with Vincent. He always does an amazing job and does whatever design or color I ask for. My nails always last me 3+ weeks. Price are always the same and I’ve never had any issues. I would recommend always making an appointment if you plan to come here because they’re usually very busy.

Swan Nails - Springfield Mila Kae: Did not do what I asked, I’ve been here multiple times and never had issues until yesterday. I have acrylic overlay on ALL my toes and when I got a color change one needed replaced and they ignored me when I asked so it looks dumb. My nails on my hands were shaped POORLY as well not how I showed them at all. The pic I showed was for the SHAPE reference not color so keep in mind. Paid $75 for nails I did not like and if I’m paying you to do my nails you better damn sure do them correct!

Star Nails - Springfield Stacey Chapman: This is the best place in town its a husband and wife that run the place and it is the only place I will go to get my pedicure and my wax. The wife is the best at waxing she does excellent job! If theyre too busy and cant get me in I will wait because I will not go to anyone else. Star Nails is 10 out of 10 They are very kind every time you go in there always happy and in a good mood never no negativity

Ivy Nails - Springfield Crystal Forbes: Update: I called them back and told them about my nails. They were very kind about me coming back when I had time. They didn’t make it my fault (like some places do). She said some polishes get like that. She was even shocked at the way they looked. I guess just make sure they’re good when you get good light and fix them while you’re there if you have time (or arrange to come back for fixing). They look much better now. Initial review: This is my second time here and it’s so unfortunate the way my nails look after spending $50 on a manicure and pedicure. I didn’t have a great experience the first time either but thought maybe it was just the nail tech I had. Today I had someone different and my nails look terrible.

Top Nails - Springfield Hillary Wernsing: Jenny and Stephen are absolutely amazing! Prior to coming here, I had been to many different nail salons in Springfield-now I solely come to Top Nail! They have top notch service, and I always leave with my nails and toes looking fantastic!

Hana Nails Comfort Spa - Springfield Grey B: Ive had the best acrylics sets Ive ever had from Hana. Beautiful interior, quick service, and nice staff. The vibes inside the salon are very chill, it would be a great place for a girls day or group outing, or even a little outing after work during the week.

TS Nails and Spa - Springfield Lauren Patterson: I came here with a friend I was visiting and I am now OBSESSED. Susie did a fantastic job with my nails, I was so impressed. I booked a second appointment before leaving town even! So kind and amazingly talented.
