1 /5 Crystal Forbes: Update: I called them back and told them about my nails. They were very kind about me coming back when I had time. They didn’t make it my fault (like some places do). She said some polishes get like that. She was even shocked at the way they looked. I guess just make sure they’re good when you get good light and fix them while you’re there if you have time (or arrange to come back for fixing). They look much better now. Initial review: This is my second time here and it’s so unfortunate the way my nails look after spending $50 on a manicure and pedicure. I didn’t have a great experience the first time either but thought maybe it was just the nail tech I had. Today I had someone different and my nails look terrible.

1 /5 Randall Townsend: I’m very upset with my service today. This was my second time going to Ivy nails. My first time was very pleasant and the lady who did my nails did really great. I went back to the same person and she did not do my nails correctly! I asked for coffin shaped and they are roundish square. I’m very picky about my nails because I spend a lot each time. When I told her I didn’t like the shape she blamed it on the white color polish. I think she is having a bad day but it doesn’t excuse the service She provided. My daughter got her nails done and the young lady did a great job! My pedicure was done very well. I paid $125 today and still Tipped for the service.

1 /5 Kim Riley-Daughtrey: I never write reviews, but this time I have to. I was a walk in today so I figured I would have to wait, however I did not expect over a hour wait for a pedicure especially when people left and no one new came in. My fault for not taking that as a red flag and leaving. Then the pedicure I received was less than impressive. We will not talk about the painting quality. I am sure a two year old could have done better job. I will say I did nothing fancy just one color no designs. Then I go to pay and he says $50.00.. I was speechless... Guess thats what I get for trying a new place. Wont make that mistake again.
