Miriam Lacey I drive an hour to get my nails done by Tami, and pedicures by her mother. They are literally the only place I trust. They are very clean, talented and have a fantastic selection of colors. I use shellac and it lasts me for than 2 weeks if need be and I am a teacher!

Alexis Brown Stopped there yesterday while waiting for my car to be repaired. Can you say HORRIBLE! Nothing looked clean or sterilized. Person was rough and aggressive! Absolutely horrendous service and now I see what the one star people were talking about. I will never return and highly recommend others stay away!

Megan Chase One of The Best Nail Techs in Springfield!! She will get you right every single time. Any time I ever cant decide what I want or cant describe how I want it, she always knows what to do to help my vision come to life!! 10/10 reccomend.

Sweetness Bugg I have been seeing her for 13 years! I have never found a photo she couldnt reproduce, including combining them and coming up with exactly what I was imagining ❤️ I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails from strangers and friends alike.

Lynne Price Mr. Duke did my pedicure. He did a great job, was neat ant effi isnt, nails looked great. He did a Wonderful job massaging my feet and lower legs, very relaxing and soothing. Nice long massage. Also He was sociable, we conversed easily. He has a pleasant personality and good humor. Ill be back for my next pedicure if hes there.

Valerie Harris If you make an appointment theyre ready for you at y your appointment time -- they dont take a walk in 5 minutes before your appointment like other salons do. Excellent staff, every one of them. Highly recommend.

Lauren LeMar I always go to Jenny and my nails always turn out perfect!! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Clean spaces and a large range of colors and services to choose from. Its my go-to salon.

Teddy Ted So far, the only nail salon that didn’t hurt me. But, they did rush a ton and got air bubbles trapped in the gel. It also made me uncomfortable when the manicurist kept asking me to dinner, I understand he was just joking (I hope) but there’s a line between trying to be fun and unprofessional and he crossed it. *Edit* lost a star because today I got gel polish removed and regular clear polish put on. How long it took for the price they charged is a scam. There was no cuticle care or any other service besides purely removing the old polish, buffing the life out of my nails, shaping them, and then applying clear polish. Will never return and would warn others to do the same.

Audrey Suchomski Made an appointment that was met on time, I brought in a picture of what I wanted and they gave me a beautiful shellac manicure that I got tons of compliments on. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely be back

Rebecca Price Erika M. is absolutely amazing! She always seems to know exactly what I’m looking for, even when I’m not sure how to explain it. Her talent with coloring and highlighting hair is truly incredible. She knows how to create the perfect shades and blends that look so natural and flattering. Erika has been my stylist for many years. She truly listens and goes above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling confident and happy. Her attention to detail and ability to personalize every style is unmatched. I can’t recommend Erika enough! She’s the best in the business!

Paris Paige was wonderful! I called her in advance in a pinch headed to a birthday luncheon! She was so gracious and kind, let me pay for a gift card over the phone, and had everything so nice and in a bag with pretty paper like 10 minutes later - ready to go! She had me looking very prepared and she was just so sweet! In fact, both girls at the checkout were friendly! Amazing customer service! Oh and my friend was very pleased with her gift!! Irina Grumazescu Hi there! This is just an honest review of the service I received last Saturday. For around $250, I got my long hair all spotted. I am very disappointed because the lady that did my hair was very nice and she mentioned doing it since the beginnings of this salon. I wont leave a name, but it starts with an S. I noticed something in the salon but thought it might be the lighting. I gave it a first bath last night, and it seems like after some of the toner came out, the true result is coming to light. Ive been growing my hair for a couple of years to have it long and nice for my wedding thats coming up, and now its all ruined. I had to write this review because I paid a decent amount of money and besides that it isnt at all any more blonde, it bothers me that these highlights have been started from the root, even though I mentioned that I want it done exactly like last time, low maintenance, not to start it from the root. I was assured the information of what I got last time was available in the system, so we got to work. It is not even colored all the way to the bottom! And what I got on top (from the root down) is just a bit lighter than my natural color so it makes me wonder what did I pay for? Last time I got my hair done by another lady, same spot, blonde short hair, also very nice though, didnt layer my hair a bit like I asked, just cut my ends, but at least got the color right. Disappointing experiences and now my hair is ruined. Tell me would you would walk around like this? The last picture is of what I asked the first lady to try and get my hair to look like which she did as much as she could, now I needed a retouch. What I asked for VS what I got...? Cant see any defined color, only spots. Not coming in again.

Maw TimesTwo Phuong (sp?) does beautiful work and always friendly! The Pomeranian puppies are a bonus each visit. Tommy & Susie are very cheerful. I recommend their shop!

Grey B Ive had the best acrylics sets Ive ever had from Hana. Beautiful interior, quick service, and nice staff. The vibes inside the salon are very chill, it would be a great place for a girls day or group outing, or even a little outing after work during the week.

Crystal Forbes Update: I called them back and told them about my nails. They were very kind about me coming back when I had time. They didn’t make it my fault (like some places do). She said some polishes get like that. She was even shocked at the way they looked. I guess just make sure they’re good when you get good light and fix them while you’re there if you have time (or arrange to come back for fixing). They look much better now. Initial review: This is my second time here and it’s so unfortunate the way my nails look after spending $50 on a manicure and pedicure. I didn’t have a great experience the first time either but thought maybe it was just the nail tech I had. Today I had someone different and my nails look terrible.

Randall Townsend I’m very upset with my service today. This was my second time going to Ivy nails. My first time was very pleasant and the lady who did my nails did really great. I went back to the same person and she did not do my nails correctly! I asked for coffin shaped and they are roundish square. I’m very picky about my nails because I spend a lot each time. When I told her I didn’t like the shape she blamed it on the white color polish. I think she is having a bad day but it doesn’t excuse the service She provided. My daughter got her nails done and the young lady did a great job! My pedicure was done very well. I paid $125 today and still Tipped for the service.

Stacey Chapman This is the best place in town its a husband and wife that run the place and it is the only place I will go to get my pedicure and my wax. The wife is the best at waxing she does excellent job! If theyre too busy and cant get me in I will wait because I will not go to anyone else. Star Nails is 10 out of 10 They are very kind every time you go in there always happy and in a good mood never no negativity

Janet Not friendly at all super expensive for no reason. I believe they add tip and God knows what when I ended up paying $152 for two people that just got mani padi the book showed was $35 plus $15 if gel color. My math says total I should have paid $90 maybe $100 tops. But I paid, walked out, and never went back. Nails started peeling in three days. Hope you have better luck.

C H (Hi-C) Just left with my nails for Christmas. Absolutely beautiful job, stylist did an amazing job and was very professional and took good care of me and the price was great! Found my new favorite salon. And the salon was very clean. Every client that came in while I was in was a happy regular. So happy! Thank you star nails!

Mila Kae Did not do what I asked, I’ve been here multiple times and never had issues until yesterday. I have acrylic overlay on ALL my toes and when I got a color change one needed replaced and they ignored me when I asked so it looks dumb. My nails on my hands were shaped POORLY as well not how I showed them at all. The pic I showed was for the SHAPE reference not color so keep in mind. Paid $75 for nails I did not like and if I’m paying you to do my nails you better damn sure do them correct!

Zoe J. I rarely write reviews but I am so grateful for the wonderful owners! I only had an hour (bad time management on my part) and asked if they had enough time for a mani/pedi and removal. I would’ve totally understood if they didn’t (again, my fault). Not only did they make sure I was out under an hour, they checked in on the time multiple times to make sure it was doable.
