1 /5 Amyila Bonds: Went in for a soak off for my nails and it was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. The method they use to take off acrylics off is terrible! My nails were literally being painfully ripped off by him using another nail tip to get my acrylics off. Due to this improper method unfortunatelyI left with a bloody broken nail due my nails being taken off improperly. With him knowing this he still charged me full amount of service and I did not receive an apology. Now I have to wait weeks for my nail to grow back to get my nails done. 0/10 don’t recommend & will NOT be returning.

1 /5 Gina Love: I normally leave 20+ tip because I like the clean up job but if they don’t recognize you or recognize you at the time, you’re not really taken care of for real. Terrible clean up job on my toes. Lady stopped in the middle of doing my toes because she wanted to join a family that was getting their toes done and told the guy with the runny nose to finish me when she didn’t even finish and left skin poking out all over my toes and my polish is all melted but I’m just black so who cares right? No one likes us and do us any kind of way because you’re just tolerating us while you’re here. No thanks. I’m sick of people not caring about what they are doing and just doing things to make a living. Can you please care about doing a great job on your customers and not stopping in the middle of doing someone toes just because someone you like more walked in? If your nose running do you mind not wiping SNOT on my leg? I won’t be back because you did these things out of lack of care. Peace. I’m not sure where I will find a shop that cares about the clients.
