Tracey Shadowen My hair had so much trauma from my surgery and I had talked with Hot Heads cause I have a friend of mine who works there, and they all pulled together and they discussed what was best for my hair and Ryen and her assistant, Tayler both worked so well together and colored my hair back to its natural color and I couldn’t believe how healthy and shiny my hair was in the end! The color is amazing and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair. Thank you so much girls for doing such an amazing job! The blonde was before picture! You can just tell the huge difference! Wow! I will never go back to blonde again! Staying with my natural color now!

Danielle Schaefer I have been going to Drayah for years and won’t let anyone else touch my hair! BFF aesthetics is a great environment compared to normal Loud and busy hair salons. Parish is also so friendly, and welcoming. I would recommend recommend them to everyone I know!

Montanna Halstead Drayah is the best! She is very accommodating with getting me in within times that work best for me. Ive used her for hair coloring, my wedding makeup, haircuts, eyebrow waxes, my husbands haircuts. She excels at everything. We never leave disappointed.

Micaela Baltzell BFF Aesthetics is a cute and calm environment. I get my hair done by Drayah and always leave feeling refreshed. She does a fantastic job and makes sure that my hair looks exactly the way I prefer. Parish is also a great asset to this salon. He keeps it lively and helps make it a comfortable environment for anyone. The work dynamic is wonderful from these two and I will never go anywhere else.

The whole process was quick, the price was great, and I absolutely love the outcome. Plus, the shop owner had the cutest dog, which was a bonus! Highly recommend!

Melinda Simpson I have been with Patty for several years so when she moved to Samsons Secret I followed. Patty always makes room to fit me in, even with the last minute urgency of Mom of the Groom foggy mind. She takes the time to help me style my hair and has the patience when I’m not a good listener. Samsons Secret is a cute salon full of bubbly personalities. It’s always nice to sit, relax and listen to everyone. Great place!

Ryan Fisher On the rare occasion that I get my hair cut or trimmed, this is the only place I would go. Everyone is friendly, and the owner keeps a very adorable dog. That said, I have a confession to make...the owner is my mom, so Im biased.

maleah hunt friends recommended coming here so thought id try it, loved the atmosphere everyone was so friendly, and they played good music haha, and everyones nails were coming out gorgeous. my favorite set im so happy will be coming back!! anne did amazing :))

aNGie Oh I had deluxe pedicure and manicure. They were nice at the beginning but after I paid, they acted like I was bothering them. There was dark residue and dried paraffin wax on my legs and I was wearing shorts. I could have been walking around with that on my legs. They didnt care. When I saw that and tried to tell them,they acted like I was bugging them. They didnt even apologize to me. Its a shame, I just moved to the area and Im looking for a nail place. I will NOT go here again!!

Amy Hannis The COLOR ROOM is AWESOME!! All I can say is GO HERE!!! I was visiting Marion and needed a big time color correction They got me in very quickly and I saw Jenny. She was so much fun and I feel like I have a new best friend! Everyone in there helps each other and the environment was so fun and pleasant. I wish this salon was back home for me and I will probably be visiting Marion Illinois, more often just to go here. 10 stars from a girl in Tennessee! Great job Jenny!!!

Kassidi Cobin Went in with grown out platinum and breakage.. I wanted a new healthy look for my hair and Jenny knocked it out of the park. Not only is she a magician with hair color but she is the most welcoming human and cares for her clients. It was my first time at The Color Room but the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Mary Blye Kramer My experience was beyond fantastic in every way. Chelsea is one of the nicest and most helpful persons I’ve ever met - I asked for a rather complicated all day spa time - 5 services and lunch plus time in between to relax and she set me up perfectly. Ana did the facial and it was perfect. Liz did my scrub and 90 minute massage, one of the best I’ve ever had. Chelsea did my pedi and Angie did my mani. They ordered lunch for me during a break and brought it in on a pretty tray. The ambience at this place couldn’t possibly be better - it’s as nice as an upscale spa I used in Dallas. The decor and music and relax space etc - just beautiful. I’m booking my husband a massage for next week and I plan to spend a day here every few months. What a great day, great people, and top quality services.

Kindra R. Speech Today (12/04/2021) was my first excursion to Genesis Salon and Spa in Marion, IL. I drove about 30 minutes from where I live to get to this location based on the positive reviews I read on the Vagaro app. I am always happy when the experiences of other customers encourage me to investigate a business for myself. This time it really paid off. From the moment I opened the door, it was evident that Genesis was much more than an average salon. The lobby is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I was greeted immediately by the person who was to perform my service (Obi is awesomeness personified), and led to another immaculately furnished and decorated area. I love that everywhere I went, I could see that the customer was kept in mind. There are comfortable places to lounge and it is obviously kept CLEAN! From the outside, you would think this salon and spa is your ordinary store front, however you would be mistaken. Genesis is huge on the inside. Before coming for my appointment, I researched my esthetician Obi through her customer reviews. I’m happy to report that She was exactly what all of her customers have said she is: PHENOMENAL! I appreciated her professionalism and warm personality. Even though this was my first direct experience with her waxing services, I felt completely comfortable with her. Most importantly, she made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my service before I left, and to me, that is a woman who knows the meaning of customer service. Obi was so awesome that my spa and pedicure appointments are booked with her for the next few months. Yep, Obi is the newest member of the Diva Squad! I’m so thankful to have found Obi and Genesis. Genesis Salon and Spa offers several services for men and women geared to pamper and care for the body, mind, and spirit. The best part for me is that this is a small, local, woman-owned business. Let’s hear it for these Entrepreneur Divas! I highly recommend Genesis Salon and Spa in Marion, IL. When you go by, tell them that Kindra Speech sent ya.

Mandy Oliver Everything from pedicures to eyebrow waxing is superb and the staff is extremely friendly and over willing to accommodate your requests. Highly recommend and will NOT go anywhere else in Southern Illinois. I tried everywhere and Tonys is the best! Great prices too in comparison.

christine little I love my nails and I love them the whole 2 weeks after getting them done. I feel super comfortable and welocomed going to this salon. I have gone to other salons and spend 3 to 4 hours waiting or they work on my nailes while working on other people. At Tonys the staff are so efficient. Tony once finished my nails in 45 minutes. Staff are so friendly and helpfull. I will not try another salon ever again.

Halona Presley I went here today. Asked the woman for the $30 pedicure she didn’t really say anything to me the whole time besides what kind of polish I wanted and when I couldn’t hear her and to repeat it she looked at me sideways. Also my total was $50 with a blue French tip on toes that definitely ARE NOT thick enough! Wouldn’t waste your money never again.

The conversations around me were relaxed and easy with occasional laughter so I could tell these were regulars who have shared their lives with the owners. This will be my go to from now on because of their easy going ways!
