Gave me the best cut I’ve gotten in Southern Illinois, and I’ve been here since 2019. 5 /5 Tracey Shadowen: My hair had so much trauma from my surgery and I had talked with Hot Heads cause I have a friend of mine who works there, and they all pulled together and they discussed what was best for my hair and Ryen and her assistant, Tayler both worked so well together and colored my hair back to its natural color and I couldn’t believe how healthy and shiny my hair was in the end! The color is amazing and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair. Thank you so much girls for doing such an amazing job! The blonde was before picture! You can just tell the huge difference! Wow! I will never go back to blonde again! Staying with my natural color now!

1 /5 P0rk Ch0p: Me and my mom came in expecting complete new looks and left horrified. I had asked for chunky highlights and left with the same hair but extremely damaged while my mother asked to go blonde she did get blond but her hair was falling out. Not only this but she charged over 200$ and was rude during the whole experience and to top this all off the women who did my moms hair was still in cosmetology school and we had no idea till the very end of are appointment. The whole time I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome as the owner of the place called me stupid multiple times
