1 /5 Kana Hill: I am literally so heartbroken. I’ve been to Lush Nails in Rockford many times, but today was heartbreaking. I came in for a self-care day, and I left crying. My toes were uneven with bubbled polish, and the full set I asked for was a disaster—different sizes, way too thick, no real design, and bubbling polish. I spoke up multiple times, but I was ignored. Even the manager said, “They’re not perfect,” but still made me pay while I was visibly upset. No apology, no kindness.
I returned to ask for a fix or refund, and while they did refund me, they also removed everything. I left with sore, bare nails and a completely broken spirit. This wasn’t just bad service—it was dehumanizing. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.
