1 /5 Kelli Stott: This salon is an absolute nightmare. I went in for an acrylic removal and was subjected to a barbaric process where they drilled down what they could and then literally used an acrylic tip to pry and rip the rest off my nails. The pain was unbelievable. As if that wasnt bad enough, they applied a white gel polish that started cracking and chipping within days – not once, but twice!
After the first terrible gel application, I asked for a refund, but they insisted I come back to have them redone. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, only to have the new gel chip within 48 hours. When I called again for a refund, they told me to come in so they could "take a look." I went in today, and they flat-out refused to refund my money, essentially lying to my face.
My nails are now damaged, and Im out a significant amount of money. This salon is unprofessional, dishonest, and clearly doesnt care about the quality of their work or the satisfaction of their customers. Save yourself the pain, the money, and the frustration – go anywhere else.
