1 /5 cherisse neverson: One of the worst sets I’ve ever gotten. The service was very rushed and I hate to talk down about someone’s work but my nail tech personally was a a little aggressive w/ the way she was grabbing and tossing back my hands and her technique compared to other nails techs was not good. The glitter I chose was not used, the shape is lopsided and they are not all the same length, the tips are far too big and uneven and also not the V-Tip I wanted. To do the tips she covered almost my entire nail bed with white polish and tried to sloppily clean it up with a brush and acetone, leaving a white cast over the rest of the nails. When I mentioned this she said it was because the acetone is not clear and the clear nail polish will fix it. I again asked that she clean it up more and she sloppily and hurriedly went over it again with the acetone but didn’t clean up not one thing. Two of nails also smeared under the light because she put so much polish on and it was so thick and I had to mention it 3 times for her to fix it. She asked me “why?” and blamed me for not putting my hands under the LED light correctly. I get my nails done often and never have this issue. The sides of nails have no polish on them at all. I could go on and on about how horrible my nails were after getting them done here. I will be going to another nail salon to get them reshaped and to remove this awful polish job because looking at them makes me upset all over again. I’m never stepping foot in this place again.

1 /5 Amanda Krause: I’d give 0 stars if I could at this place. The service felt rushed here as well as very aggressive with grabbing my hands and throwing them back at myself to dry them in the light bar. Never again will I go here. You can see the brush marks as well.

1 /5 Bree Gage: Horrible service and experience here on 12/13/2024. I went in for a gel manicure. A man who was sweeping now is preparing to do my nails.. I wear my own nails and asked them to get cut down . He did but filed them lopsided, uneven and one nail had a split. He then asked me if they were OK. And he is now getting ready to polish them. I pointed out the errors and decided to not to with the polish. I then say to him, just put on some clear polish I will come back next week. He finishes and tells me $35. For what!?! I replied. I tells me for the gel manicure. I hold up my hands like are you serious.?? What you did wasnt worth that. He said I put on clear gel polish. I said how would I know that. Clear to me is a base, topcoat or just a polish, that hes the manicurist and should explain service or say something when I told him I no longer wanted the gel polish. Only clear. Now there are 3 workers behind register while we are arguing...and no one is saying anything to him while arguing with me *black woman, until my fiance white man. Speaks up and starts to argue back with male nail tech. Now he wants to remove the Clear gel polish and I let him. My fiance says no he wont be touching me again and a lady who says she was the manager finished. She then had to rebuff , file and repolish with regular clear. I paid 20$. Now they have a policy about if youre not happy...report it. I did. They are money hungry. I can never get a specific nail tech only whos available. It like an assembly line. Now to see no one will claim who is in charge. No owner info, so you can never complain. Never will I go back again. Oh and the guy also tried to insinuate we didnt want to pay! Sweetheat. Im a lab tech, and my babe works for the fed govt. Just not paying for bad service. We speak up for things not done right. You have been warned. I will be going elsewhere.
