1 /5 Alejandra Mercado: I got a pedicure in March during my pedicure the nail tech cut me on the bottom of my foot. My foot immediately felt tender when I got out of the chair. When I got home I took my shoes off and saw the cut I immediately called the salon. They requested proof of the cut via text message so I sent them a photo. In that conversation they offered a $20 discounts if I returned for another pedicure and were very apologetic. So I agreed to return as accidents happen and they handled the call very professionally. However, when I returned for a pedicure and showed them the messages they asked me to present at check out for the discount they denied the incident happening at their salon. I was prepared to spend over $100 on that visit (two pedicures and 2 gift cards for Mother’s Day gifts). After being treated that way I gladly paid for the service I was provided however, canceled the gift cards I will be taking my business elsewhere. Complete lack of integrity and accountability.
