5 /5 Breanna Ellis: First off, when I called to book a same day appointment the staff was super friendly. All of the employees that I met were awesome,creative and had great personalities. I had Diana and she was able to execute the picture better than I imagined! The process did take about 2 hours but honestly it was so worth it!!! She was able to provide me with natural looking nails that also werent too thick with acrylic but still sturdy. I enjoyed myself and will be back in 2 weeks!!!

1 /5 Zaida Calix-Tello: I got my nails done here a few weeks ago. The staff was super nice and it was a very clean beautiful place. However. I waited 3 HOURS for dip nails… it was outrageous. My stylist was the owner which is understandable for her to be busy but I should not be done with my nails at 5:30 when I scheduled it for and got there at 3. Consider finding a receptionist to handle your booking for you guys so you can focus on your customers in person. Then fast forward two weeks later eventually dip nails fall off (normal for me) and I see my pinky is green???? That has never happened to me before at any place with nail polish or dip powder. I wanted to like this place so much based on reviews but it just did not work out for me and I will not be back unfortunately.

5 /5 Bridget Przybylski: I have had my nails done by Meme twice now and I cant say enough amazing things about her and them! I get the Apres Gel-X nail tips and have gotten 2 detailed nail designs from her and she has blown me away both times. The first time I got a set of adorable mushroom French tips that mirrored the photo I found perfectly. For the second set, I got a fill in and had drawn a set of nails from a favorite anime style movie of mine and they came out even better than what I drew on my tablet! My nails have been in the range of $100 both times, but please keep in mind, hand drawn art is a labor cost, and artists should be paid for their time! If you want a basic set of nails, Nova can and will accommodate your budget! But do not expect glamorous, 2+ hour nails for under $100. These amazing ladies are worth every penny and stand by their work! I had one of my nails break not even a week after getting it done and Meme fixed it for me, redoing the hand drawn design and all. It took half an hour and she barely charged me anything! My daughter has had 3 no chip manicures from a few different ladies there and they last almost 3 weeks. Shes 11 and plays cello, so shes exceptionally hard on her nails. If youre looking for a new nail salon, look no further! Book your appointment, bring your photo, and you will not be disappointed.

5 /5 Julie Zhu: I think they have paid enough attention to details compared so many of the other nail salons I’ve been to in the states. The one thing I believe they can improve on is being more careful when shaping the nails. Making sure they are all centered and the same shape (rather than similar shape ish). Definitely still recommend this place in the area, make sure to call ahead

5 /5 Jordan Janssen: I honestly cannot understand any negative reviews. The staff is beyond amazing and make you feel so comfortable while there. Their service is top notch. The service time may be a little longer but the quality is the best in the area and how thorough they are. My wife and I have gone all over and in comparison to Nova, there is nobody close. If you want designs then Nova has you covered. I went from barely having good looking simple shapes to great unique images and designs. I know everyone has their experiences and opinions but I’ve never been disappointed.
