1 /5 Mary Moore: I’ve been to Sammy a couple of times through out the years but not consistently, but I’ll never ever return. Had I not been dropped off and had an event to attend in 3 hours I would have walked out. He was SO RUDE & SARCASTIC and my nail beds are still stinging. I get he’s heavy handed and that comes with using his service however as soon as began to drill my old polish off he nicked my nail bed on the first nail. I get it that happens, however he did it again and as I was watching him do my nails he told me not to look because I was pulling my nails up and he wasn’t going to do them. I thought about canceling my event and walking out but I wasn’t going to let the devil deter me. He got an attitude when one of my nails broke and he tried to snatch the rest of it off and it was stuck to the nail bed I snatched my hand back. He nicked another finger 3 times. He then told me I shouldn’t get my nails done it I can’t take the pain. I asked him why are you getting mad I haven’t had this problem with anyone else etc…. When he was done instead of taking polish remover and a brush to get the excess polish off he decided to use the drill with no buffer on it. As I was paying he told me to have a good time at my event. I said thank you and God bless you to him and his client that was in his chair, however he didn’t know that I saw him make a face at me. My aunt who picked me up has been coming to you for over 15 yrs, no problems. I could tell by your conversation that the client after me was a regular and you were very friendly to her. I’m
not sure why you acted that way with me but thank God for you that I didn’t get as ignorant with you as you were to me, I don’t know if it was my soft and calm demeanor but I do know God was on your side but you should be careful because the next person you insult might not be as kind as me.
