2 /5 Mckenzie Eschbach: Im upset with my nails. I got them done last night and they are already chipped. Were not painted all the way to the tip or sides. I was looking at ideas on my phone and was told I couldnt do that. That I need to pick a color from book. Im so tired of getting my nails done and them never being done decent anymore.

5 /5 Cachet Rodriguez: Second time to Betty Nails and had David the first time for my pedicure. Requested him again for Nail Dip and pedicure. He is so sweet and very thorough. Shop isn’t fancy but comfortable. Prices are reasonable. I have enjoyed my experience both times in and will always request David.

1 /5 Brian & Marcy Wilson: Went in for a simple gel manicure. I showed them a broken nail and was concerned about fixing and securing it and somehow ended up with a complete set of overlay and acrylics, all because of the language barrier. I’m supportive of the Vietnamese culture! The problem here was that the owner left the premises and left 2 employees there who couldn’t speak English at all. They were trying to use a translator app to communicate with the clients. I felt bad for the employees because there were some very unhappy clients. They felt the tension but couldn’t understand. This was a HUGE fail on the owners part. By far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had.

5 /5 Alexis Randitsas: This has always been the spot I go to get my nails done. Ivy has done my nails a lot in the past, Wynn has done mine a handful of times. This time London did my nails for the first time and I love them!! (photos are the nails London did) I definitely recommend going here, I’ve never been disappointed.
