MICH C HIGg I have seen Elizabeth 2 times to correct color problems from other stylists. She was able to correct and make my hair look great. Elizabeth takes time to listen to what you do not like and what you do not like about your hair. When she is ready to start, you know what she is going to do to give you what you want. After the cut/color she takes time to help you learn how to style your hair as she did. Elizabeth is not in a hurry. A perk is that the salon is beautiful. The interior decor changes. In every room. She has a receptionist so your service is not interrupted. Water and coffee are freshener. Elizabeth make me feel like her most important customer. I do not listen to the drama in her life or negative gossip. She is a very positive upbeat interesting person. A true professional stylist

ᗰคгรєlค ᗰ. This was my first time visiting Tricoci University. My job paid for us to go in and get a little pampering, there was a group of us there. I received a balanced facial from Aaliyah, she was sweet and she made me feel comfortable during the whole process. You do spend a little bit extra time there just because they are students and theyre learning and need their hours so why not go and get a little pampering and help them achieve their goals at the same time! Im sure Ill be returning at some point for more pampering.

Diana Marie OG Im a disabled Veteran & due to my injuries from combat Im unable to paint my toenails myself. Needless to say my feet are often neglected. With everything going on my life I desperately needed to take a timeout for some self care. I decided that since my feet are often neglected and Im unable to care for them myself I would schedule a pedicure, out of all the nail salons in Peoria I had my choices and Im so glad that I chose to go to Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in Peoria. My nail technician Victoria did a wonderful job and although she will be graduating very soon I will be coming back again for more services and she was kind enough to even refer me to a hair stylist that specializes in micro braiding when I checked out I made sure to schedule an appointment with the recommended hair stylist and Im looking forward to my next visit! If youre looking for a place to go and Peoria to pamper yourself I encourage you to come and visit Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in Peoria. The atmosphere is positive and upbeat, everybody is so friendly and Its wonderful to be in a place where everyone is supportive and encouraging to one another. Its also a give & receive type of experience as you are helping students hone in their specialties and trade while doing something nice for yourself All I can say is that this is a place that keeps on giving. Thank you Victoria for helping me get ready As I prepare for an unexpected trip and for the wonderful conversations. I love how my nails turned out and when I go to visit my family I will be bragging about how good of a job you did and your wonderful customer service! #manicure #pedicure #self-care #clean #friendly #professional #affordable

Jack Fulton I had a massage today with Nathalie and it was absolutely wonderful! This was my first visit with her and she managed to pinpoint and take care of my trouble spots. I have to say this was the BEST massage Ive ever had! The salon is beautifully decorated and has a very serene atmosphere which adds to the terrific experience. Ive already booked my next massage appointment.

Ericka This place is ok. But I should have never gotten started. The fact that they keep your credit card information should be illegal. They have canceled on me several times due to everyone there being sick and I didn’t request a free service for all the times I had to change my schedule and time. But if you are late or what they consider no show even after I was outside pulling up, they charge a full service. Their flexibility towards customer’s is none existent and zero consideration for a family who is trying to juggle and balance the day and fit in a haircut for a little one. I will take my business elsewhere.

Margaret McDonald The name of this establishment does not reflect the mood or the owner. it was dark upon entering the store, unwelcoming. harsh persona, tone is rude and unfriendly, looks like the owner was growling when asked her a question, was frowning and crawling her face ; like we were bothering her. I find it rude and unprofessional when they are speaking their language in front of customers- The actual manicure feels rushed , rough and uncomfortable . the massage i receive through the rubbed gloves were the worse ever! my pedicure was the same, the guy looks unsure and incompetent; i kept having to tell him to cut my right pinky toe nails down and file it . I had the Deluxe Spa- it felt like he was going to scrubbed my skin off- I see why it was rated 3 overall. i should have checked before going in there.

Juliet Martin Spent $110 for a regular pedicure and long dip powder glow-in-the-dark nails . The lady was very rude the entire time. Who happens to be the owner of the store. Within three days five of my nails broke and I am used to having long nails I’ve gotten them done in several places and I’ve never had such weak nails ever in my life . Two of them even broke in my sleep. I called and asked if they could fix them because I was told if they broke within three days it would be free . I also paid 30 for a basic pedicure and they were about to close and told me I was fine to put my shoes on and by the time I got home I noticed two of my toes were messed up .They did not hold up to that end of their deal.. now they want me to pay $50 just to fix five nails when I just got done spending $110 not even a week ago. Extremely rude customer service and I will be calling corporate in the business bureau. I spend quality money on my nails for quality not for this. Do not come to this nail place . this is the rudest worst nail salon . And I’ve been to plenty in states all over the country . I repeat do not go to this place unless you just want to get your money taken .

Massage Queen Would not recommend. I asked them to redo them twice. Paid $45 for a gel pedicure and they charge you to use your card so it was like 46 something. She also left lotion on my feet I had to rub in myself. Not sure if she had an attitude or what but you gotta do your job if people not satisfied. From the strokes it looks like they have cheap polish. Other people were unsatisfied too I talked to leaving. Updated: this is my not even 3 days later. I have to go get them redid for sure now smh. I’m not rough or anything like that no reason my paint should be like this for a gel pedi

Meia Clayborn 2025. Went to Regal because my choice salon was booked. It was easy for me to set an appt here same day. I asked for dip nails, manicure, and basic gel pedi. My pedi was indeed basic for $50 and he took no time at all shaping my toe nails or filing he literally just cut them w clippers and painted. He did a great job with the bottom of my feet I was impressed but for the price of the pedi I feel I should have gotten more. I didn’t complain. My nails- I informed the guy who did my nails I wanted a mani- he said he would do it after my services but then proceeded to clip my cuticles while dry- Pulling attached skin and cutting my pinky underneath my nail. He then proceeded to do the dip. I got black because it was suppose to be simple. Before I left out of the shop my dip was cracking. I had leftover black dip powder on my fingertips and around my cuticles so I asked him to fix it. He tried to cut it off but said he needed to use the drill. My nails are natural so I don’t do a lot of drilling so I declined. Besides, why would he need to use a drill on my skin? After a failed attempt to get the dip off of my skin, he then grabbed lotion and proceeded to massage my hands. I informed him I didn’t want the mani anymore and he grew upset and said I tricked him. What is a manicure nowadays?? So he was going to charge me $30ish for clipping my cuticles and rubbing lotion on my hands? I think tf not! So I told him I would give him $10 for clipping my cuticles. To me that should be apart of the service anyway.. what nail technician that takes any type of pride in their work skip clipping cuticles? That’s like going to the salon for a silk press and the beautician leave your edges nappy.. totally unacceptable! So I go to pay with my card and they add an additional $5ish to use the card.. no thank you! And No tip! Horrible service! They should set up shop in Aldis. Would never return. Highly do NOT recommend. (Pics from the day after)

Chase Family This is one place we will never go back to. My daughter and her friends went there to get their nails. My daughter picked a color for her nails and the technician appaerently decided to do her own thing. Instead of painting the entire nail which was what my daughter wanted she gave her a french manicure with blue tips. Both my daughter and the mom that was with her told the technician that they were supposed to be all blue. Technician said no no and continued on. Also my daughter did a better job painting nails when she was 10. This ended up costing $13 more dollars than what they were told. Definitely will not go back

Bailee Justice Today I walked in at 2:45pm to get my nails done, I told them that I needed to get my current acrylic nails soaked off & a new set put on. They wrapped my nails up & stuck them In front of a heater so they can be taken off. @ 3:20pm an appointment they had walked in..they helped them, which took 30 mins to finish, as I’m STILL sitting there since 245. They got to me when they finished the two women and finally started working on my nails again. I showed her what I wanted done to my nails and then she tells me that she cannot do it. So I said I’ll go pick out a color. Their gel nails color selection of about only 40 colors didn’t help me. I then told her to just put the acrylic on and I’ll get them painted another time. (Which I was just going to go to my regular nail salon, because I was already irritated that I sat there for and hour and fifteen minutes with no progression) It then took her 45 minutes to apply the acrylic to and shape my nails (which are VERY short and square, simple) I had to leave in the middle of her doing my nails because I was getting so agitated. All-in-all it took me 3 hours & $35 to get unfinished, unsatisfactory acrylic nails.

Teslyn Armstrong My friend and I went there for some manicures. My friend’s nail tech rushed her pastel nails(bubbled acrylic, hairs stuck in polish, poorly covered nail) and was done before I had even had my nails base coated. My nail tech was WONDERFUL and did a fantastic job. We’d go again just not have that nail tech(male) again.

Becky Miller I requested Squoval shape and I even showed her a picture of the shape I wanted. But look at what I got. Crooked, not well painted at the base near the cuticles. Too squareish, too much taken off the sides. I cant grow the sides back. Ill have to get new tips next time I go.

sidney groves I recently visited this nail and spa, and my experience was incredibly disappointing. When I first walked in, the staff was very rude, which should have been a red flag. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, but what I got was far from it. The nail acrylic was stuck to my skin, there were white marks all over my nails, and the color didnt even match the picture I showed them. The work was very sloppy. In the last picture, you can see what my nails looked like after I filed them and added my own charms and decorations just to make them presentable. I rate this experience a 2 out of 10. It was overpriced; I paid $60 for a full set that wasn’t even done right, plus a $5 tip, which I regret giving. The technician was rushed and not clean. I should have walked out when I first came in! I recommend the nail shop Or pro nails !!

Jennifer Stallings Came in to get a fill and the lady told me I needed a new set. I tried explaining that they’re only 2 weeks old and she demanded I get a new set and refused to do a fill. Then proceeds to charge me $75 to put a new set on with one color and no design when their price shows $55 for a new set with gel. I’ve attached a photo that shows how sloppy they were painted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I won’t come back here.

kelle williams Im so excited.. and I just cant hide it! I just moved to Peoria from Denver and have truly been on the STRUGGLE BUS trying to find a good nail salon here! I cant believe I found this place. First off, Rachel is amazing! She did an incredible job on my nails and only used a nail file to do it! She took such good care, no damage to my skin or cuticles. Ill be returning to her as "my person". But on top of this, everyone was so sweet, the salon and spa are so cute and clean, and their list of offerings range from nails, to wax, to hair, to even botox! Literal one stop shop!!

Katie Cleavenger I used to see Paige in her suite in AZ for years before she moved! She’s a great waxer and so sweet and personable and she’s great at sugar waxing too. I miss her!! You’re lucky to have her up there to make your skin beautiful and hair free!

Abigail Kough Once again, Torrie has done a wonderful job on my hair. This time I got my hair cut and dyed. I love getting vivid colors with my hair. She’s fun and easy to talk to while my hair is getting done. I wanted more layers in my hair and I wanted a dark blue color as well. I showed her some inspiration pictures and she did exactly what I asked for.

Gracie Bishop These were the worse nails I have ever had done. I asked for acrylic full set and the guy said he is gonna do dip because of the smell but whatever i kept going with it. My nails turned out lumpy, not straight, not even the same size or length as each other, not even the shape i asked for, etc. I asked for a design, and he didn’t even attempt to fix his mistakes. TOOK 3 HOURS FOR A HORRIBLE JOB. I will never be returning and i will never recommend them!! So sad that i walked around with these ugly things and had to pay $60 for something I hated.
