Shelly Dennis I have been a client for 46 years. I have always had Ken cut my hair, and Jacqueline when she was old enough. I have never been disappointed. Great color, great cut and warm atmosphere. This truly is a family and the staff make you feel a part of it. I cant say enough positive remarks. I highly recommend.

Crystal Seely KM is a very relaxing salon. I loved how they had there station set up for their clients. I walked in the door and of course they were busy, however they acknowledged me immediately. I strongly recommend this Salon. My hairdresser was Denise and she has over 25 years experience. She was amazing! I cant wait to go back for my eyebrows tenting.

Nick Lascody Phil - super friendly guy and easy to get along with. I was really happy with my cut afterwards too. Prices are very fair. Will keep going back. Thank you!!!!

Jason Deverick my first time here Phil squeezed me in at the end of the day and gave phenomenal customer service as well as a great haircut. A couple of weeks later I had Chloe and it was just as an enjoyable experience!

SL Terrible attitude of the technician. I’m from out of town and was recommended to go there. I’d rather have my unfilled nails back than what I left with. Noticed when I got to my hotel, you can see my nail through the color because it was painted so thin. This is day 2, and the color on my thumb has already chipped, I just put a top coat over the chipped part because I’m not spending more money for this one nail. Would not recommend.

Grace Vincent Workers were nice and the shape of the acrylics were perfect but when i showed the worker what i wanted to do with my nails (all black with one gold accent nail), the worker did something completely different (one rose gold sparkle nail and one holographic accent nail) and my nails don’t match and the design is not consistent. They also forgot to add on a clear coat on my plain black nails so they are already scuffed up. I would suggest not going here.

Lindsey Prather Went in at 7:21 for a child’s manicure and to get two of my nails cut down. Was told they were done for the evening while he was doing another lady’s nails and plenty of people were in there. What?!!! They don’t even close until 9:00. I just stared at him and said: “ are you serious.? He said “yes” and went back to doing her nails. I will NEVER go back there or recommend them to anyone. So rude and unprofessional.

hannah turner It was my first time doing anything to my hair and my first time meeting Raegen Wilson and it felt like we’ve been friends forever lol! She made the whole process so comfortable and relaxing. I had no clue what to do other than I wanted it lighter she specializes in blondes so I trusted her and I’m so glad I did! She even gave me a discount since I’m a new client and also sent me home with testers of the hair mask she used so I could buy if I liked it 10/10 see you again soon Raegen❤️

nicole szemiot I am new to the area and went in for a blowout and a consultation for root touch up and extension move up. She seemed sure she could do the bleach touch up and and said there was bands she would fix that I didnt see. I was told I needed to get new extensions, and she will need to take them out everytime and reinstall them. I went there 2 weeks later for the appointment. She didnt use the right volume of bleach and replaced my full extensions with these flimsy, expensive ones which were not enough. I left with orange roots. Id rather have someone be upfront if they cant do something. I would call to have her fix it but there is no way in hell Im paying for a reinstall based on her screwing up the color. It was so expensive for no quality. I could have flown home and got my hair done and spent the same especially since I have to get a color correction done now. I am attaching 2 pictures the first is what am used to from my old stylist, the second is the hot root and thin extensions I got. If you like blorange this is the place for you.

Willow & Birch is more than a salon, it’s an experience.

Dafne Pfeifer Yesterday I had my hair done here for the first time, I was so nervous because I don’t know anything about hair and prior to yesterday I have been with the same stylist for years, however my stylist no longer does hair and I’ve been searching around to find someone I feel comfortable with and that can delivered my vision and ideas. Hanna did it ! She knew I was nervous she was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I tried to express in words and pictures what I wanted and she delivered !!! I’m so happy with her service and I can’t wait to see her again !! Hanna thank you so much!!!

Kia Mallow Kaylee did an amazing job at bringing my hair back to life! I honestly hadn’t had a hair cut in several years so she had a damaged pallet to work with. She totally revitalized my hair with the cut and the all over color she put on and my hair looks 100% healthier! She also recommended some great product for me to get to keep my hair healthy and vibrant! I will definitely be going back to her. And, she did a great job on my brows. A total pamper!

Laura Sarsany This is the result of my daughter sitting for 3 hours to get a perm. We were told her hair was too healthy to hold the curl. If that was the case, why the heck werent we told that before the perm was even started? I understand that different types of hair hold curl differently, but this is ridiculous. Its barely even wavy. I wouldnt be so mad if the owner had just refunded our money like my husband politely asked them to do. Instead, she offered to have it redone for free by the same stylist. Why the heck would I want a service that wasnt done correctly done again by the same person? If she didnt have the hair for a perm we should have been told that and I would have been happy to have walked out and explained to her that it wasnt going to happen. Instead, she was subjected to harsh chemicals in her hair and 3 hours of waiting for nothing. This is the first time in my life Ive had to dispute a charge with my bank, so Im normally a very non-confrontational person, but dont mess with my daughter. I dont understand businesses that dont own up to their mistakes and try and make it right.

Abby Kate Thomas Spent an afternoon at ritual to get my FIRST facial! As a mom of three, it felt amazing to be taken care of and pampered by their newest esthetician, Hannah. Both her and Jeni were eager to help me by letting me voice all of my concerns and issues I’ve been having with my skin, while educating me and giving practical steps on what I can do at home. The environment they have created is beyond relaxing, the products they used were intentional, high quality, and left me feeling so refreshed. I would highly recommend taking some time for yourself and letting these women do what they do best!

Zoe Noles I had my first appointment with Jeni today, and she will be my go-to from now on! Her attention to detail is absolutely perfect. It felt like she listened to my concerns and gave me an end result I was more than happy with! The atmosphere of her space was also AMAZING!

Quietkenna First time coming here and it was amazing. All of them were super sweet. This place was wayyyy better then the other place I went too. The nail tech did an amazing job on my nails. They look just like the picture. Even though my other hand got messed up she fixed it like a pro and made it look pretty. Thank you guys so much for finding the right color and taking your time.

Lara Combs Ive gone to expensive salons where the nails have lifted within days. At Dazzling Nails, these tips have lasted FOR-EV-ER! The owners are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this nail spa.

Danica Farmer Girls are always friendly. I personally love how quickly they get me in and out and my nails always look great. I can tell them what color I am thinking or show them a photo of what I want and they nail it everytime!

Sam I love how they take care of my nails! The technicians are detailed oriented and will start over on your nail if they don’t like how it is turning out. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We always have fun when we go.

Jennifer Parker I went to Appearances for the first time today — same day appointment — and Brandi was so friendly and welcoming. She gave me a tour of the salon (lots of natural light! Love!) and then we had a very helpful discussion about my hair needs. Brandi asked me the right questions and took time and care with my hair. I am so pleased with the result!! I just love it!! Denise Boomer Emily did my hair and I normally don’t do reviews but when I tell you this girl did her thing. SHE DID THE DAMN THING!! Cannot emphasize enough how cared for I felt during this appointment. I wanted a grungy haircut with lots of long layers and face framing. She did exactly what I requested and worked very delicately with my hair. I honestly have never had anyone work so gently with my hair before and it was so comforting. I came out of the appointment feeling so confident and beautiful with my new look. Emily is truly phenomenal at what she does!

Haliegh Castleberry I got these done not even a week ago and they look like i have had them on for at least a month. I paid close to $70 for these and the guy didnt even push my cuticles back. Due to that my senior prom nails looks ridiculous and i will not be getting pictures of my corsage.

Haze Kistner I’ve already walked out on this place before because they always mess things up they always make your nails extremely thick and they can never do a good design unless it’s so simple a child could do it I will never come here again once I told them I didn’t like my design they got upset with me and starting taking my acrylic off hurting me on purpose in the process I’ve gone to school for cosmetology so I know this isn’t how your supposed to treat your clients I do not recommend this place at all!!

Mary Teresa Gibbons In town for family emergency and she was able to take me right away for a manicure repair. Great job, talkative so time flew but best part was the price was half of what I normally pay. She really should charge more! The only drawbacks were cash only so had to leave and come back with cash and the interior (bathroom not working) could use some updating. If ever in Springfield again will definitely stop by to at least say "hello".

Mia Figueiredo I called to set an appt. The lady was super rude and curt with me. It seems to be a one woman show. She wouldnt set an appt for me and she doesnt do gel manicure.

Felicia Moore I absolutely love this place! The owner was so nice and patient! Feels like home , very personable and friendly. Jaleesa does an excellent job every time on my manicures and pedicures while explaining good nail health. Oh and I love all of the color options :) Jaleesa even takes special orders for press-on nail kits for special occasions. Definitely will be back every month.

Shannon Pivoney Jaleesa is incredibly friendly, warm and inviting. She took the time to educate me on mail care and go over my options and then killed it on my fill and polish. AND supporting a small business who is actively working to improving our communities? Even better!!

Elaine M Naturally You Nails is a wonderful place for nail care. It is extremely clean and Sharon is great!! She has tons of colors to choose from. I had an ingrown toenail that twice in the past I have gone to two different podiatrists and had them removed. Very painful. Sharon put a very small band across my toenail bed and within minutes there was instant relief that continued until the nail grew out. I have never had any more discomfort. Sharon is a great educator and will work with you to get your nails healthy and looking beautiful! I highly recommend Sharon!!!!

Anne Draznin Ive been a long time customer and am very pleased with the service, the products used and the end result. Most importantly, I like how good I feel after a pedicure (they are v. special) and how nice my hands look and feel after a manicure. (So the toes are, well - toes . . . .sigh.) Sharon makes every effort to accommodate her clients, working around difficult schedules and holiday interruptions. Visiting Naturally You Nails is both psychologically and physically a worthwhile addition to ones personal health regime! I highly recommend it!

The stylist listened to what I wanted and helped me decide based on pictures I brought in. She was professional and customer oriented. My hair came out beautifully and Im highly satisfied.
